基于特征的異構全三維數(shù)字化模型轉換方法研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對全三維數(shù)字化定義模型在異構CAD系統(tǒng)間轉換時會丟失特征和非幾何信息的問題,綜合考慮幾何信息、非幾何信息及二者的關聯(lián)關系,提出一種基于特征的異構全三維數(shù)字化定義模型轉換方法。使用可擴展標記語言對三維模型的特征信息與工程注釋信息及其關聯(lián)關系進行表達;以可擴展標記語言文件作為中間文件,經過信息提取和信息重構,同時轉換幾何特征信息和工程注釋信息,并保持二者間的關聯(lián)關系,實現(xiàn)全三維數(shù)字化定義模型在異構CAD系統(tǒng)間的轉換;以某型號飛機的結構件為例,在Pro/E和CATIA系統(tǒng)間驗證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the loss of feature and non-geometric information when the fully three-dimensional digital definition model is converted between heterogeneous CAD systems, the geometric information, non-geometric information and their correlation are considered synthetically. In this paper, a feature-based model transformation method for heterogeneous full-3D digital definition is proposed. Extensible markup language (EML) is used to express the feature information of 3D model and engineering annotation information. Taking the extensible markup language file as the intermediate file, the information is extracted and reconstructed, the geometric feature information and the engineering annotation information are transformed simultaneously, and the relationship between them is maintained. The conversion of fully 3D digital definition model between heterogeneous CAD systems is realized. The effectiveness of the method is verified between Pro/E and CATIA system by taking the structural parts of a certain type of aircraft as an example.
