RC450設(shè)備運行管理輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:RC450液壓設(shè)備運行管理輔助系統(tǒng)是針對該生產(chǎn)設(shè)備高效及可靠的作業(yè)運行而開發(fā)的輔助支持工具,目的是支持生產(chǎn)人員能夠針對復(fù)雜的加工作業(yè)任務(wù)要求正確和高效地應(yīng)用該設(shè)備,為此該軟件通過提供一組面向設(shè)備的運行模擬及數(shù)控程序的編程輔助功能,使用戶能夠在實際作業(yè)開始前編制出正確的作業(yè)程序,并通過對硬件運行狀態(tài)及故障的模擬來提高對設(shè)備加工作業(yè)質(zhì)量的支持。本文詳細(xì)論述了該液壓設(shè)備運行輔助管理軟件的功能需求分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),具體實現(xiàn)的功能包括針對設(shè)備硬件作業(yè)過程和運行狀態(tài)的模擬功能,針對硬件設(shè)備運行過程中各類故障的模擬功能,以及針對復(fù)雜生產(chǎn)作業(yè)任務(wù)的數(shù)控編程和模擬執(zhí)行功能,給出了功能用例模型。論文圍繞上述功能建立了軟件的設(shè)計方案,其軟件架構(gòu)按照分層模式構(gòu)成,其中用戶界面子系統(tǒng)以窗口為單元實現(xiàn)模擬過程的交互式操作和設(shè)備運行模擬計算結(jié)果的視圖顯示,模型管理子系統(tǒng)以每種類型的模型及數(shù)控作業(yè)項目為單元,實現(xiàn)對液壓設(shè)備硬件運行狀態(tài)模型的建模和維護(hù),包含液壓元件類、液壓回路類、液壓設(shè)備類模型對象。運行模擬管理子系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對模型對象的動態(tài)調(diào)度和模擬計算,數(shù)據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)則對該系統(tǒng)中的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和動態(tài)計算生成的數(shù)據(jù)序列進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。論文對上述工作內(nèi)容論述了對象的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、類圖模型和主要任務(wù)處理過程的計算流程框架。該軟件基于C++編程實現(xiàn),通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的SQL編程接口實現(xiàn)與通用關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺的集成。目前該軟件已針對典型設(shè)備功能完成了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的測試,較好地達(dá)到了預(yù)期的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:The RC450 hydraulic equipment operation management auxiliary system is an auxiliary support tool developed for the efficient and reliable operation of the production equipment, and aims to support the production personnel to correctly and efficiently apply the equipment for complex processing operation tasks, To this end, the software provides a set of program auxiliary functions for the operation simulation of the equipment and the numerical control program, so that the user can prepare the correct operation program before the actual operation starts, and improve the support of the equipment processing operation quality by simulating the operation state of the hardware and the simulation of the fault. In this paper, the function requirement analysis, design and implementation of the operation assistant management software of the hydraulic equipment are discussed in detail. The function of the implementation includes the simulation function of the hardware operation process and the running state of the equipment, and the simulation function of various faults in the operation of the hardware equipment. and a function example model is given for the numerical control programming and the simulation execution function of the complex production operation task. The software design scheme is built around the above-mentioned functions, and the software architecture is constructed according to the layering mode, in which the user interface subsystem realizes the interactive operation of the simulation process and the view display of the simulation result of the operation of the equipment in the window as the unit, The model management subsystem is used as a unit for each type of model and numerical control operation project, and the modeling and maintenance of the hardware running state model of the hydraulic equipment is realized, and the model management subsystem comprises a hydraulic component class, a hydraulic circuit class and a hydraulic equipment class model object. The operation simulation management subsystem realizes the dynamic scheduling and simulation of the model object, and the data management subsystem uniformly manages the data sequence generated by the basic data and the dynamic calculation in the system. In this paper, the data structure, class diagram model and the calculation flow frame of the main task processing are discussed. The software is realized based on C ++, and the integration with the general relational database platform is realized through standard SQL programming interface. At present, the software has finished the standard operation link test for the typical equipment function, and the expected application effect is better achieved.
