某事業(yè)單位固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著事業(yè)單位信息化的發(fā)展,固定資產(chǎn)設(shè)備種類和數(shù)量迅速增加,使得事業(yè)單位不得不考慮控制固定資產(chǎn)成本的問(wèn)題。為了更充分的利用公司現(xiàn)有固定資產(chǎn),有效降低固定資產(chǎn)的運(yùn)行成本,事業(yè)單位對(duì)其內(nèi)部設(shè)備固定資產(chǎn)的管理、維護(hù)和固定資產(chǎn)的生命周期提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。與此同時(shí),隨著固定資產(chǎn)賬目的不斷累積,需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)量越來(lái)越龐大,傳統(tǒng)的管理系統(tǒng)和處理方式已經(jīng)難以滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的固定資產(chǎn)管理需求。因此,采用合適的方案進(jìn)行有效的固定資產(chǎn)綜合管理已成為很多事業(yè)單位的必然選擇。本文對(duì)某事業(yè)單位固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了分析,基于云計(jì)算架構(gòu),探討了建立企業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)全面管理信息系統(tǒng)的思路和方法,以應(yīng)對(duì)管理事業(yè)單位日益復(fù)雜而龐大的固定資產(chǎn)賬目數(shù)據(jù)的需求。本文首先深入分析了管理信息系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并闡述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本功能如下:1)資產(chǎn)日常管理模塊:主要完成固定資產(chǎn)基本信息的管理。2)資產(chǎn)折舊管理。3)報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì):打印固定資產(chǎn)的報(bào)表清單。4)資產(chǎn)申購(gòu)審批管理:完成固定資產(chǎn)的申購(gòu)預(yù)算、審批流程等功能。5)資產(chǎn)清查管理:實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)的功能。6)壞賬處理功能。7)掃碼錄入功能:實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行錄入和管理。文章基于云計(jì)算框架設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一套集固定資產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)日常管理、數(shù)據(jù)管理、折舊管理、報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等功能于一體的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)某事業(yè)單位固定資產(chǎn)管理的規(guī)范化、現(xiàn)代化和信息化,提高了單位的固定資產(chǎn)管理工作的質(zhì)量和效率。本文采用UML建模技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析和概要設(shè)計(jì),基于.NET開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。總之,系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)大大提升了單位固定資產(chǎn)管理的效率,提高了事業(yè)單位的信息化水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology in institutions, the types and quantity of fixed assets equipment are increasing rapidly, which makes institutions have to consider the problem of controlling the cost of fixed assets. In order to make full use of the company's existing fixed assets and effectively reduce the operating cost of fixed assets, institutions put forward more and more high requirements for the management, maintenance and life cycle of fixed assets. At the same time, with the continuous accumulation of fixed assets accounts, the amount of data to be dealt with has become more and more large, and the traditional management system and processing methods have been unable to meet the increasing demand for fixed assets management. Therefore, it has become an inevitable choice for many institutions to adopt appropriate scheme to carry out effective comprehensive management of fixed assets. In this paper, the design and implementation of fixed assets management system in a certain institution are analyzed. Based on cloud computing architecture, the idea and method of establishing enterprise fixed assets comprehensive management information system are discussed. In order to cope with management institutions increasingly complex and large fixed assets accounting data demand. Based on the analysis of the related requirements of the management information system, the overall design and detailed design of the system are carried out, and the implementation and test of the system are described. The basic functions of the system are as follows: 1) the daily management module of assets: mainly completes the management of basic information of fixed assets. 2) asset depreciation management. 3) report statistics: print the list of statements of fixed assets. 4 Administration of assets requisition examination and approval: completion of the requisition budget for fixed assets, Examination and approval process and other functions. 5) assets inventory management: the realization of the existing assets count query, statistical functions. 6) bad debt processing function. 7) code entry function: to achieve the existing assets entry and management. Based on the cloud computing framework, this paper designs and develops a set of application system which integrates the functions of daily management, data management, depreciation management and statistical analysis of report forms, and realizes the standardization of fixed assets management in a certain institution. Modernization and information, improve the unit's fixed assets management quality and efficiency. In this paper, the requirement analysis and outline design of the system are carried out by using UML modeling technology, and the functions of the system are realized based on. Net development platform. In a word, the design and development of the system greatly improve the efficiency of fixed assets management and the informatization level of institutions.
