基于EJB的移動護(hù)理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革和全社會醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)制度改革的不斷深入開展,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的信息化建設(shè)腳步也在逐步加快,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(Hospital Information System,HIS)已成醫(yī)院內(nèi)不可缺少的配套設(shè)施與技術(shù)支撐環(huán)境。醫(yī)院的信息化建設(shè)會是一個(gè)漫長的摸索和嘗試過程,它一定會在整個(gè)應(yīng)用過程中不斷充實(shí)、不斷更新、不斷完善。但由于受到先用設(shè)備固定的限制,無法將信息化服務(wù)徹底延伸到患者床旁,使得一些十分重要的醫(yī)院信息無法實(shí)現(xiàn)電子化,因而在患者費(fèi)用、醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)控和醫(yī)囑整個(gè)生命周期的跟蹤等方面出現(xiàn)了一些現(xiàn)有HIS系統(tǒng)不能徹底處理的問題。本論文中的移動護(hù)理系統(tǒng)使用PAD、PDA或筆記本等移動設(shè)備通過無線局域網(wǎng)與HIS系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫鏈接,通過激光掃描設(shè)備掃描病人腕帶的條碼,實(shí)現(xiàn)患者信息床旁采集,將護(hù)士臨床工作站有效的擴(kuò)展和延伸到患者病床旁邊。采用Java的相關(guān)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療移動護(hù)理的功能。主要運(yùn)用Android SDK提供必需的工具和API基于java語言進(jìn)行開發(fā),其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立、后臺管理以及前臺頁面的Android界面設(shè)計(jì)。開發(fā)平臺是Myeclipse,Eclipse,結(jié)合Tomcat服務(wù)建立數(shù)據(jù)連接關(guān)系。該應(yīng)用快捷、小巧、方便、便于隨身攜帶,其系統(tǒng)操作性和實(shí)用性也比較強(qiáng),解決了現(xiàn)有工作站軟件無法解決的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電子信息的部分共享,并保證了護(hù)理安全,規(guī)范了醫(yī)護(hù)人員的護(hù)理行為,增強(qiáng)了護(hù)理人員法制意識,從而使服務(wù)得到很大的提高。移動護(hù)理系統(tǒng)是以醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有的HIS系統(tǒng)為支持平臺,不但提高了護(hù)士工作效率,而且規(guī)范了護(hù)理相關(guān)行為,實(shí)現(xiàn)了護(hù)士護(hù)理工作的是否實(shí)時(shí)、是否適時(shí)、限時(shí)控制、是否延時(shí)的量化管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of the reform of medical and health system and the reform of the whole society's medical insurance system, the information construction of medical and health system is accelerating step by step, and the hospital information system (Hospital Information System,) HIS) has become an indispensable supporting facility and technical support environment in hospital. The construction of hospital informatization will be a long process of exploration and trial, and it will be constantly enriched, updated and perfected in the whole application process. However, due to the limitation of first using fixed equipment, the information service can not be completely extended to the patient's bed, which makes some very important hospital information unable to be electronic, so that the cost of the patient can not be realized. There are some problems existing in HIS system, such as medical quality monitoring and the tracking of the whole life cycle of medical orders. The mobile nursing system in this paper uses mobile devices such as PAD,PDA or notebook to link to the database of HIS system through WLAN, and scan the bar code of the wrist band of patients by laser scanning device, so as to realize the collection of patient information beside the bed. The clinical workstation of nurses is effectively expanded and extended to the patient bed. The function of medical mobile nursing was realized by using the related technology of Java. It mainly uses Android SDK to provide the necessary tools and API to develop based on java language. The development mainly includes the establishment of background database, background management and Android interface design of front page. The development platform is Myeclipse,Eclipse, and Tomcat services to establish data connection relationship. The application is fast, compact, convenient, easy to carry around, and its system is more operable and practical. It solves the problem that the existing workstation software cannot solve, realizes the partial sharing of electronic information, and ensures the security of nursing. The nursing behavior of medical staff was standardized and the consciousness of legal system was strengthened, thus the service was greatly improved. The mobile nursing system is based on the existing HIS system in hospital. It not only improves the nurses' working efficiency, but also standardizes the nursing related behaviors, and realizes the real-time, timely and time-limited control of nurses' nursing work.
