【摘要】：隨著軟件工程、云計(jì)算、光纖通信等技術(shù)的發(fā)展和改進(jìn),人們已經(jīng)快速的進(jìn)入到了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代,人們工作、生活和學(xué)習(xí)都已經(jīng)使用各類型的信息化工具。尤其是在國家相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)提出信息化改革的影響下,政企單位、公司等辦公信息化已經(jīng)慢慢的趨于成熟,得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用和普及。論文詳細(xì)地分析了政企單位協(xié)同協(xié)同辦公自動化系統(tǒng)(Office Automation System,OA系統(tǒng))的研究背景,闡述了系統(tǒng)的研究目的與意義,歸納了系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,提出采用瀏覽器/服務(wù)器體系架構(gòu)、Servlet技術(shù)、JSP技術(shù)、JavaBean技術(shù)、模式-視圖-控制技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫和Tomcat服務(wù)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)一個功能完善的協(xié)同辦公自動化系統(tǒng),可以提高系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)操作性能,分析了相關(guān)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,為設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)協(xié)同辦公自動化系統(tǒng)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。具體的,論文主要工作包括以下幾個方面:一是針對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了需求分析,使用數(shù)據(jù)流圖、業(yè)務(wù)流程圖描述了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行調(diào)研和建模,能夠更加有效地貼近系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容,滿足政企單位辦公自動化系統(tǒng)功能。二是針對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),引入了統(tǒng)一建模語言類圖技術(shù),詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)了每一個系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)加工和信息處理流程,為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)提供基礎(chǔ),使用關(guān)系表對數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)施了邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等。三是基于系統(tǒng)需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)果開發(fā)了一個系統(tǒng),展示了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵代碼,并且重點(diǎn)描述了系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)的效果圖和關(guān)鍵代碼,同時對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果其可以滿足用戶的操作需求�；贘SP的協(xié)同辦公自動化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成之后,可以有效的支撐政企單位辦公的流程化、規(guī)范化,提高了政企單位的信息共享水平,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)政企單位的工作效率和社會影響力。
[Abstract]:With the development and improvement of software engineering, cloud computing, optical fiber communication and other technologies, people have entered the era of "Internet" quickly. People have used all kinds of information tools to work, live and study. Especially under the influence of the information reform put forward by the relevant national institutions, the government and enterprise units, companies and other office information has gradually become mature, and has been widely used and popularized. This paper analyzes the research background of the cooperative office automation system (Office Automation System,OA) of the government and enterprise in detail, expounds the purpose and significance of the system, and summarizes the present research situation and existing problems of the system. Using browser / server architecture, Servlet technology, JSP technology, JavaBean technology, model-view-control technology, system database and Tomcat service technology, a cooperative office automation system with perfect function is proposed. It can improve the operation performance of logic business, analyze the advantages of related technologies, and lay a good foundation for the design and development of cooperative office automation system. Specifically, the main work of the paper includes the following aspects: first, the system function is analyzed, using data flow diagram, business flow chart describes the logical business function of the system, and the system function is investigated and modeled. Can be more effective close to the system to achieve content, to meet the office automation system functions of government and enterprise units. The second is the design of the system, the introduction of the unified modeling language class diagram technology, detailed design of each system data processing and information processing process, for the development of the system provides the basis, The logical structure of the database is designed by using the relational table. Thirdly, based on the result of system requirement analysis and system design, a system is developed, which shows the key code of the system, and describes the effect diagram and key code of the system. At the same time, the system is tested. The system test results can meet the operational requirements of users. After the development of cooperative office automation system based on JSP, it can effectively support the workflow and standardization of government and enterprise units, and improve the level of information sharing of government and enterprise units. We will further improve the work efficiency and social influence of government and enterprise units.
