基于雙樹框架的軟件項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究
[Abstract]:In the information age, software, as the carrier of information, plays a more and more important role in people's daily life. The quality of software not only affects people's life experience, but also determines people's production safety and personal safety. This paper takes the systematic software project quality management as the research object, and analyzes the popular software project quality management systems CMMI and GJB5000A and their applications at home and abroad. By combining normative research with empirical research, this paper analyzes the development characteristics and quality management process of Y enterprise software project, and evaluates the effect of Y enterprise software project quality management. The problems such as imperfect quality management system, lack of effective project management tools, lack of effectiveness of quality control measures and lack of measurement items in quality management of enterprise software project are studied in depth. On the basis of GJB5000A standard, the quality management system of "double tree frame" software project is put forward in view of the existing problems. First of all, the paper analyzes and researches from four aspects: system construction, quality assurance, tool support and measurement analysis. In the aspect of system construction, the contents of organization planning, overall design, document compilation, implementation and maintenance of quality system are worked out, and the steps and methods of checking the validity of system operation are put forward. In the aspect of quality assurance, the work content and problem solving method of quality assurance are put forward, and the standard of QA working effect test is established. In the aspect of tool support, the criterion of tool selection is given, and the method to test the validity of tool is put forward. In the aspect of measurement analysis, the measurement targets and metrics of enterprises are established, and the steps and activities to test the effectiveness of measurement are proposed. Secondly, the author expounds the application of "double tree frame" software project quality management system in Y enterprise in detail, and gives the evaluation of application effect. Finally, the application situation is summarized in the conclusion, and the future research direction is clarified.
