【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)基于標(biāo)簽的推薦算法僅考慮用戶的評(píng)分信息,導(dǎo)致推薦準(zhǔn)確度不高。為解決該問題,提出一種改進(jìn)的協(xié)同過濾推薦算法。對(duì)用戶-標(biāo)簽矩陣、資源-標(biāo)簽矩陣進(jìn)行潛在Dirichlet分布建模,發(fā)掘推薦系統(tǒng)中的潛在語義主題,從語義層面計(jì)算用戶對(duì)各資源的偏好概率,將計(jì)算出的偏好概率與協(xié)同過濾算法計(jì)算出的資源相似度相結(jié)合,預(yù)測(cè)用戶偏好值,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性化推薦。在Movielens數(shù)據(jù)集上的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)基于標(biāo)簽的推薦算法相比,該算法能消除標(biāo)簽中存在的同義詞、多義詞等語義模糊問題,同時(shí)提高推薦準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:The traditional tag-based recommendation algorithm only considers the user's rating information, which leads to low recommendation accuracy. To solve this problem, an improved collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is proposed. The potential Dirichlet distribution model of user-label matrix and resource-label matrix is used to explore the potential semantic topics in recommendation system, and the probability of user preference to each resource is calculated from the semantic level. The calculated preference probability is combined with the resource similarity calculated by the collaborative filtering algorithm to predict the user preference value and realize personalized recommendation. The experimental results on the Movielens dataset show that compared with the traditional tag-based recommendation algorithm, the proposed algorithm can eliminate the semantic ambiguity problems such as synonyms and polysemous words, and improve the accuracy of recommendation.
