【摘要】：復(fù)制粘貼是一種常見(jiàn)的圖像篡改方式,也是最隱蔽的圖像篡改手段之一。SIFT是一種常用的匹配算法,同時(shí)也是一種較為有效的復(fù)制粘貼圖像篡改檢測(cè)方法。目前基于SIFT的圖像篡改檢測(cè)方法中,存在著匹配精度差及時(shí)間復(fù)雜度高等問(wèn)題。為了克服這些問(wèn)題,對(duì)SIFT算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn):針對(duì)閾值增大造成精確性差的問(wèn)題,采用擬合優(yōu)化的方法確定閾值,對(duì)SIFT算法中提取特征點(diǎn)的方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);針對(duì)SIFT算法特征匹配階段時(shí)間復(fù)雜度高的問(wèn)題,采用基于K-D樹(shù)的BBF搜索算法進(jìn)行最近鄰查詢以實(shí)現(xiàn)特征點(diǎn)的快速匹配,對(duì)SIFT算法中的特征匹配進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Copy and paste is a common image tampering method and one of the most hidden image tampering methods. SIFT is a common matching algorithm and a more effective method for image tampering detection. At present, there are some problems in image tamper detection based on SIFT, such as poor matching accuracy and high time complexity. In order to overcome these problems, the SIFT algorithm is improved. Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy caused by the increase of threshold value, the method of fitting optimization is used to determine the threshold value, and the method of extracting feature points in SIFT algorithm is improved. In order to solve the problem of high time complexity in feature matching phase of SIFT algorithm, BBF search algorithm based on K-D tree is used to carry out nearest neighbor query to realize fast matching of feature points, and the feature matching in SIFT algorithm is improved. Experimental results show that the algorithm is effective.
