信任、知識轉(zhuǎn)移與軟件外包績效關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, more and more enterprises choose to outsource some or all of the services related to software development. Software outsourcing has become a development trend of software industry in China. In recent years, with the rise of knowledge-based services, the knowledge involved in the process of software outsourcing and knowledge transfer has attracted the attention of enterprises and academia. Software outsourcing is a knowledge-intensive outsourcing activity. It is very important for both parties to obtain higher outsourcing performance if successful knowledge transfer can be made between the contractor and the supplier. It has been recognized that trust plays an important role in knowledge transfer and outsourcing performance, but most researchers have investigated trust as a single dimension variable. Its multi-dimensional properties are ignored. The impact of multi-dimensional attributes of trust on knowledge transfer and outsourcing performance has not been clearly explained and has not been tested by empirical research. Based on this, this paper regards trust as a multidimensional variable, and discusses the relationship between trust, knowledge transfer and outsourcing performance in software outsourcing by using the empirical research method of questionnaire, which enriches and expands the existing relevant theoretical research system. It also provides some theoretical guidance for the development of software outsourcing service industry and the promotion of bilateral cooperation. The specific contents of the research are as follows: first, by consulting a large number of related journals, books, foreign literature, and so on, this paper defines the scope of software outsourcing in this paper. This paper clarifies the division of different dimensions of trust by predecessors, systematically combs the concepts related to knowledge transfer, and distinguishes them. Finally, it summarizes and comments on various existing research results, and points out the deficiencies of current theoretical research. The development direction of future research is put forward. Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the previous studies, the relationship between trust, knowledge transfer and software outsourcing performance is analyzed, and the theoretical model and corresponding research assumptions are put forward. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified by the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS 19.0 software. A structural equation model is established by using Smart PLS 3 software to analyze the relationship between multi-dimensional trust, different types of knowledge transfer and software outsourcing performance. Finally, the conclusions of this study are as follows: different dimensions of trust have different influence on different types of knowledge transfer, different dimensions of trust have different influence on software outsourcing performance, and computational trust has the greatest impact on software outsourcing performance. Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role between different dimensions of trust and software outsourcing performance, in which knowledge transfer plays a complete intermediary role between ability trust and software outsourcing performance, and calculates trust and software outsourcing performance. Good faith and software outsourcing performance play a part of the intermediary role.
