【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展,社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,各個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展都已經(jīng)離不開信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò),信息化是每一個(gè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的必然方向,公安工作自然也不例外,例如交管、戶籍等與群眾日常生活息息相關(guān)的層面已經(jīng)全面信息化,并且為人民群眾的生活帶來諸多便利。在此,我要介紹的是在刑事案件辦理過程中的信息化進(jìn)程,它讓廣大辦案民警以往繁瑣的復(fù)雜的案件偵查工作系統(tǒng)化、模式化,大大提高了案件偵辦工作的時(shí)效性、科學(xué)性,為公安工作信息化進(jìn)程打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文研究的課題是以SOA體系結(jié)構(gòu)為藍(lán)本,運(yùn)用ASP.NET為核心開發(fā)技術(shù)、JAVA進(jìn)行后臺(tái)邏輯處理、UML建模技術(shù)等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。主要做了以下幾大項(xiàng)工作:一是,對公安機(jī)關(guān)各個(gè)崗位人員使用案件綜合管理系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,將各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程做了具體化、規(guī)范化處理。通過用戶的角色分析、和各項(xiàng)功能的用例分析對系統(tǒng)的額功能需求進(jìn)行了闡述。并根據(jù)公安機(jī)關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行環(huán)境及系統(tǒng)在使用中對于性能的具體要求,對該系統(tǒng)的非功能性方面需求進(jìn)行了具體規(guī)約的說明。形成了完備的需求分析報(bào)告。二是,以需求分析為基礎(chǔ),對該系統(tǒng)的軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊結(jié)構(gòu)、應(yīng)用組件,數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)的功能模塊主要包括:案件受理、案件分配、案件偵辦、案件督辦、辦案監(jiān)督、結(jié)案管理、案件信息檢索、綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)分析管理。三是,對案件綜合辦理過程、統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)功能、案卷歸檔檢索功能三大模塊進(jìn)行了最后的實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)對軟件系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際部署進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)說明。最后以系統(tǒng)截圖的方式對該系統(tǒng)的功能模塊運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了展示。該系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)在某公安機(jī)關(guān)中運(yùn)行使用,成功解決了某公安機(jī)關(guān)案件管理及檔案查詢的信息化、智能化問題,其操作簡單的特點(diǎn)深受基層辦案民警的好評。同時(shí)在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過程中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘能不完善問題對系統(tǒng)的下一步的研究改進(jìn)指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the development of various industries has become inseparable from the information network. Informatization is the inevitable direction of the development of every field of the industry. Public security work is no exception, for example, traffic control. Household registration, which is closely related to the daily life of the masses, has been fully informationalized and has brought many conveniences to the people's life. Here, I would like to introduce the information process in the process of handling criminal cases, which makes the police handling cases systematized and stylized, greatly improving the timeliness and scientific nature of the investigation and handling of cases. To lay a good foundation for the information process of public security work. In this paper, the SOA architecture is used as the blueprint, the ASP.NET is used as the core development technology, the background logic processing is carried out by JAVA, and the UML modeling technology is designed and implemented. The main work is as follows: first, the requirements of the comprehensive case management system for the personnel of public security organs are analyzed, and the various business processes are concretized and standardized. Through the role analysis of users and use case analysis of various functions, the functional requirements of the system are expounded. According to the network operating environment of the public security organ and the specific requirements for the performance of the system in use, the non-functional requirements of the system are explained in detail. A complete requirement analysis report has been formed. Secondly, based on requirement analysis, the software architecture, function module structure, application component and database structure of the system are designed. The functional modules of the system mainly include: case acceptance, case distribution, case investigation, case supervision, case management, case information retrieval, comprehensive statistical analysis and management. Third, the final design of three modules: the comprehensive processing process of cases, the function of statistical service and the function of archiving and retrieval of case files. At the same time, the actual deployment of the software system is described. Finally, the function module of the system is shown by the way of system screenshot. The system has been run and used in a public security organ at present and has successfully solved the problem of information and intelligence in the case management and file inquiry of a public security organ. The simple operation of the system is well received by the police at the grass-roots level. At the same time, the function of statistical analysis found in the running process of the system, the problem that data mining is not perfect, points out the direction of the further research and improvement of the system.
