基于大數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)檢信息多維管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:本課題面向國家質(zhì)監(jiān)系統(tǒng)檢測資源的數(shù)據(jù)信息,設(shè)計(jì)了能夠適應(yīng)大數(shù)據(jù)動態(tài)調(diào)整,全方位數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢,多維度展示的信息管理系統(tǒng)。本課題的目的是解決由于缺少針對技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)檢測資源的動態(tài)管理手段,造成質(zhì)監(jiān)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)存量不清,需求不明,定位不準(zhǔn)等現(xiàn)象,力爭使決策能夠有效地結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)需求、地方特色,從而加強(qiáng)對檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)檢測資源檢測能力的管理。為實(shí)現(xiàn)這目標(biāo),首先通過全國各級質(zhì)檢部門的積極配合,收集檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)文檔、檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)人員信息、檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)備信息、檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰靶枨笮畔⒌裙灿?jì)5000多篇。為了克服人工錄入信息的低效和不準(zhǔn)確性,專門編寫了程序,根據(jù)規(guī)則自動查找問題文檔,并且結(jié)合人工調(diào)整的方式,完成了文檔的整理校正工作。為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)表的建立和數(shù)據(jù)自動導(dǎo)入奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。其次,在詳細(xì)研究已經(jīng)收集的數(shù)據(jù)信息的基礎(chǔ)上,對數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行了重新分類,共分成了九個(gè)部分即:機(jī)構(gòu)基本信息、面積信息、設(shè)備統(tǒng)計(jì)、人員數(shù)量、檢測能力、專項(xiàng)投入、工作人員信息、設(shè)備詳細(xì)信息及其他信息。在分類的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)、各級填報(bào)頁面、編輯頁面的工作。對于數(shù)據(jù)的查詢、匯總、統(tǒng)計(jì)、直觀顯示等進(jìn)行了精心的實(shí)驗(yàn)與設(shè)計(jì),完成了預(yù)定的目標(biāo)。有別于以往的信息管理系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)通過頁面信息數(shù)據(jù)庫處理技術(shù)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫關(guān)聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)存儲和搜索技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息的全方位查詢。通過對結(jié)果信息的基于規(guī)則的再處理技術(shù),使信息更能夠符合用戶的需要,并且在直觀顯示方面取得了多樣化的展示效果。為了測試系統(tǒng)的可行性,也為了使系統(tǒng)能夠盡快地服務(wù)于工作,專門開發(fā)了把word文檔數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入到系統(tǒng)中的程序。經(jīng)過反復(fù)的試驗(yàn)調(diào)試,成功的導(dǎo)入各類數(shù)據(jù)二十多萬條,使系統(tǒng)具備了初步服務(wù)能力。本系統(tǒng)成功開發(fā)能夠有效地解決質(zhì)檢系統(tǒng)資源的管理效率。本系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用,也必然對于質(zhì)檢系統(tǒng)資源管理的決策提供更多的幫助,使決策更科學(xué)更有效率。本文的最后對本系統(tǒng)的初步應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了一些系統(tǒng)上的不足,對以后的完善和升級進(jìn)行了理論和方法上的探討。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the data information of the national quality supervision system, and designs an information management system which can adapt to big data's dynamic adjustment, omnidirectional data statistic query and multi-dimensional display. The purpose of this subject is to solve the problem that the lack of dynamic management means for the inspection resources of technical institutions, resulting in unclear stock of technical institutions in quality supervision system, unclear demand, inaccurate positioning, and so on, in order to make the decision can effectively combine with the industrial demand. Local characteristics, so as to strengthen the inspection organization inspection resources detection ability management. In order to achieve this goal, through the active cooperation of quality inspection departments at all levels of the country, a total of more than 5000 articles have been collected, such as the documents of inspection organizations, the information of personnel of inspection institutions, the information of equipment of inspection institutions, the inspection ability of inspection institutions and the information of requirements. In order to overcome the inefficiency and inaccuracy of manual input information, a special program is written to find problem documents automatically according to the rules. It lays a solid foundation for the establishment of the system data table and the automatic import of the data. Secondly, on the basis of the detailed study of the collected data information, the data information has been reclassified and divided into nine parts: basic information of the organization, area information, equipment statistics, number of personnel, detection ability, special input. Staff information, equipment details and other information. On the basis of classification, the design of database, the filling of pages at all levels, and the editing of pages are completed. For the data query, summary, statistics, visual display and other meticulous experiments and design, completed the target. Different from the previous information management system, this system realizes the omni-directional query of information through the processing technology of page information database and the dynamic storage and searching technology of database association system. Through the rule based reprocessing technology of the result information, the information can meet the needs of the user more and more, and the display effect is diversified in the visual display. In order to test the feasibility of the system, and to enable the system to serve the work as soon as possible, a program to import word document data into the system is developed. After repeated testing and debugging, the system successfully imported more than 200,000 pieces of data, making the system have the initial service capacity. The successful development of this system can effectively solve the resource management efficiency of quality inspection system. The successful application of this system will certainly provide more help for the decision of resource management of quality inspection system and make the decision more scientific and efficient. At the end of this paper, the preliminary application of the system is summarized, some deficiencies of the system are pointed out, and the improvement and upgrading of the system in the future are discussed in theory and method.
