基于EATI的維修排故過程建模與仿真方法研究
[Abstract]:The efficiency of route handling is a key factor affecting the safety and operation of aircraft. Therefore, from the point of view of maintenance training, it is of great significance to construct a virtual maintenance training system to improve the troubleshooting efficiency of crew. Excellent maintenance and troubleshooting process model is more conducive to the smooth development of simulation system, and can improve the efficiency of training. It is found that most of the existing models are complex, difficult to understand, poor in reusability and extensibility, and unable to describe the complex interaction of behavior in the process of troubleshooting in real time. In view of the above problems, and in order to better describe the maintenance and troubleshooting process, based on the summary and reference of the existing models, this paper focuses on the modeling method of maintenance troubleshooting process based on EATI, taking the course of route maintenance and troubleshooting as the research object. In order to verify the feasibility and advantages of the model, the virtual maintenance training system is simulated. The main work is as follows: firstly, we understand the fault knowledge of aircraft route and analyze the process of route failure with specific examples. In order to make the modeling process more purposeful, the system simulation elements, simulation flow, simulation requirements and the key problems to be solved in the modeling process are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of EATI method are pointed out by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of many process modeling methods. At the same time, in order to better describe the relationship between maintenance entities, the EATI method is improved and the relational (R) element is introduced. Then, under the guidance of EATI modeling method combined with UML modeling language, applying class diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram to model the entities, actions, tasks and interactions in the process of troubleshooting. A EATI template with reusability and extensibility is built around the task. Combined with the partition method of maintenance task, the meta-model of troubleshooting process is established according to EATI template, and the method of establishing concrete troubleshooting task process model is given according to the logical hierarchy relation of maintenance task and the concept of model fusion. Finally, the simulation method of route virtual maintenance training system is studied, and the feasibility and advantages of the model based on EATI are verified on the platform.
