【摘要】：正區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)是第二代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的核心內(nèi)容,該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用正在引發(fā)全球金融領(lǐng)域的顛覆性變革,對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)也產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。趙增奎等人編著的《區(qū)塊鏈:重塑新金融》一書,全面系統(tǒng)地闡述了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融與區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和邏輯內(nèi)涵,創(chuàng)造性地提出了區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)可以從技術(shù)層面上解決互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融當(dāng)前遇到的難題,根據(jù)區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的特點和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的業(yè)務(wù)模式,探索區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)實現(xiàn)數(shù)字貨幣、網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付、股權(quán)眾籌、網(wǎng)絡(luò)征信的全新業(yè)務(wù)模式,為新金融行業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了理論指導(dǎo)。該書共分8章。第1到第4章分別對從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融到新金融的發(fā)展歷程、區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)及應(yīng)用、區(qū)塊鏈與新金融、互信共識的數(shù)字貨幣等
[Abstract]:Positive block chain technology is the core content of the second generation Internet. The application of this technology is causing a disruptive change in the global financial field and has a profound impact on the world economy. Zhao Zengkui's book Block chain: reshaping New Finance comprehensively and systematically expounds the current development situation and logical connotation of Internet finance and blockchain technology. It is creatively proposed that the blockchain technology can solve the current problems in Internet finance from the technical level. According to the characteristics of blockchain technology and the business model of Internet finance, the blockchain technology is explored to realize digital money and network payment. The new business model of stock rights raising and network credit investigation provides theoretical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of the new financial industry. The book is divided into eight chapters. Chapters 1 to 4 respectively discuss the development course from Internet finance to new finance, block chain technology and application, block chain and new finance, digital currency based on mutual trust and consensus, etc.
