基于信令的區(qū)域監(jiān)控大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前全國(guó)乃至全世界都對(duì)區(qū)域安全問(wèn)題非常關(guān)注,各類(lèi)區(qū)域監(jiān)控技術(shù)隨之迅速發(fā)展。在區(qū)域監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域,國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用比較廣泛的是硬件視頻設(shè)備和軟件平臺(tái)相結(jié)合的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。但視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)備成本高,其監(jiān)控區(qū)域有限,靈活度不高。本文研究基于信令的大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域監(jiān)控的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題及技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套基于信令的區(qū)域監(jiān)控大數(shù)據(jù)分析演示實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)以驗(yàn)證技術(shù)可行性。這套系統(tǒng)提供了區(qū)域?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)控和區(qū)域歷史搜索兩種查詢(xún)方式,提供了針對(duì)位置、人員、時(shí)間三個(gè)維度的信令分析功能。本系統(tǒng)信令數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源于信令采集系統(tǒng),信令采集系統(tǒng)從基于核心網(wǎng)的信令監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)采集包含有Cell-ID的信令數(shù)據(jù)。區(qū)域監(jiān)控大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶(hù)劃定的區(qū)域進(jìn)行建模獲得對(duì)應(yīng)的Cell-ID和時(shí)間條件,然后從信令采集系統(tǒng)輸出的信令數(shù)據(jù)中篩選出符合條件的數(shù)據(jù),從而完成基于信令的區(qū)域監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)突破了原有Cell-ID定位技術(shù)已知Cell-ID進(jìn)行正向定位獲取用戶(hù)所在位置的應(yīng)用,提出了完整的圓形和多邊形區(qū)域的建模方案,進(jìn)行了 Cell-ID的反向篩選,將以經(jīng)緯度坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)標(biāo)識(shí)的監(jiān)控區(qū)域建模成Cell-ID集合,解決了區(qū)域監(jiān)控中區(qū)域與信令關(guān)聯(lián)的這一關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。系統(tǒng)采用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),基于Storm流式處理框架提出了一種實(shí)時(shí)通信方案,解決了區(qū)域?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)控時(shí)對(duì)海量實(shí)時(shí)信令流進(jìn)行篩選的效率問(wèn)題,采用非關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)Hbase,并對(duì)原始HbaseAPI進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)封裝,解決了進(jìn)行區(qū)域歷史搜索時(shí),因數(shù)據(jù)量大造成的效率低的問(wèn)題。相對(duì)于已存在的區(qū)域監(jiān)控類(lèi)系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)不受硬件視頻監(jiān)控設(shè)備的限制,基于普及建設(shè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)商基站,可任意設(shè)定監(jiān)控區(qū)域范圍,且范圍可變,建設(shè)系統(tǒng)需附加的成本較低。本文從區(qū)域監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,介紹了本論文所描述的基于信令的區(qū)域監(jiān)控大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)的背景知識(shí),包括區(qū)域監(jiān)控技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、信令采集系統(tǒng)、Redis及Hbase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等。之后分析了系統(tǒng)的需求、明確了系統(tǒng)功能劃分。論文重點(diǎn)闡述了區(qū)域監(jiān)控管理門(mén)戶(hù)子系統(tǒng)、大數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)分析子系統(tǒng)和大數(shù)據(jù)歷史分析子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模型及其內(nèi)部的業(yè)務(wù)流程實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后介紹了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試情況,對(duì)全文以及作者研究生期間的學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)基于信令的區(qū)域監(jiān)控大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)的未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the whole country and even the whole world pay close attention to the regional security problem, and all kinds of regional monitoring technology develop rapidly. In the field of regional monitoring, the video surveillance system which combines hardware and software platform is widely used in China. However, the hardware cost of the video surveillance system is high, the monitoring area is limited and the flexibility is not high. This paper studies the analysis technology of big data based on signaling and the key problems and technologies of realizing regional monitoring, and designs and implements a set of demonstration experiment system based on signalling for the analysis and demonstration of regional monitoring, then verifies the feasibility of the technology. This system provides two kinds of query methods: real time monitoring and regional history searching. It also provides the signaling analysis function for the three dimensions of location, personnel and time. The signalling data of the system comes from the signalling acquisition system, which collects the signalling data containing Cell-ID from the signalling monitoring system based on the core network. The area monitoring big data analysis system models the area designated by the user to obtain the corresponding Cell-ID and time conditions, and then selects the qualified data from the signaling data output from the signaling acquisition system. Thus, the area monitoring based on signalling can be completed. The system broke through the application of the original Cell-ID location technology known as Cell-ID to obtain the user's location, and proposed a complete modeling scheme of circular and polygon regions, and carried out the reverse screening of Cell-ID. The monitoring region marked by longitude and latitude coordinate points is modeled as a Cell-ID set, which solves the key problem of the correlation between region and signaling in regional monitoring. Big data technology is used in the system, and a real-time communication scheme based on Storm streaming processing framework is proposed, which solves the efficiency problem of sifting mass real-time signaling flow in the real-time monitoring of the region, and adopts the non-relational database Hbase,. The original HbaseAPI is improved and encapsulated to solve the problem of low efficiency caused by large amount of data in regional history search. Compared with the existing regional monitoring system, the system is not limited by hardware video surveillance equipment. Based on the popular construction of the carrier base station, the monitoring area can be arbitrarily set, and the scope is variable, and the cost of building the system is low. Starting with the development of regional monitoring system, this paper introduces the background knowledge of the regional monitoring big data analysis system based on signaling described in this paper, including the development of regional monitoring technology, signaling acquisition system, Redis and Hbase database and so on. After that, the requirements of the system are analyzed, and the function division of the system is clarified. This paper focuses on the design model of the portal subsystem of regional monitoring and management, the real-time analysis subsystem of big data and the historical analysis subsystem of big data, as well as the implementation of internal business process. In the end, the paper introduces the testing situation of the system, summarizes the full text as well as the study and work experience of the author during the postgraduate period, and looks forward to the future development of the regional monitoring big data analysis system based on signalling.
