【摘要】：安全生產(chǎn)事關(guān)國(guó)家和人民的利益,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要保障,是落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的必然要求,是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的重要內(nèi)容。近年來,全國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)繼續(xù)保持了總體穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)好轉(zhuǎn)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),但安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)仍然嚴(yán)峻。為進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家“安全第一、預(yù)防為主、綜合治理”的方針,通過開展隱患排查治理行動(dòng),落實(shí)企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任和地方人民政府的安全監(jiān)管職責(zé),全面排查治理事故隱患和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),建立危險(xiǎn)源監(jiān)控和隱患排查治理機(jī)制,有效防范和遏制重特大事故的發(fā)生,促進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)狀況進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)定好轉(zhuǎn)。安全生產(chǎn)隱患排查管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),采用B/S架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),基于政府專網(wǎng)和公共服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)采用JavaEE解決方案實(shí)現(xiàn),利用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì),采用Web Services技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)接口。論文詳細(xì)闡述系統(tǒng)功能需求分析、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用、架構(gòu)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試方法設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)果分析等內(nèi)容。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用為安全生產(chǎn)基層管理提供了重要的信息化手段。鳳城市安全生產(chǎn)隱患排查整治系統(tǒng)使用的服務(wù)器操作系統(tǒng)是Redhat,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用的Oracle。論文首闡述了鳳城市安全生產(chǎn)隱患排查整治系統(tǒng)的需求分析,其次闡述了系統(tǒng)所有業(yè)務(wù)功能,系統(tǒng)的所有業(yè)務(wù)包括清單管理功能模塊,區(qū)域管理功能模塊,企業(yè)信息管理功能模塊,隱患排查統(tǒng)計(jì)功能模塊,執(zhí)法檢查功能模塊,法律文件功能模塊,文件通知公告功能模塊,視頻資料功能模塊,應(yīng)急管理功能模塊。在論文最后闡述了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)所有功能做了測(cè)試。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程做了總結(jié)和今后系統(tǒng)還需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的工作。
[Abstract]:Safety in production is related to the interests of the country and the people, is an important guarantee of economic development and social stability, is the inevitable requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development, and is an important content of building a harmonious society. In recent years, the national safe production continues to maintain the overall stability, the continuous improvement development trend, but the safety production situation is still grim. In order to further implement the national policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management" and to carry out the actions of hidden danger investigation and treatment, the main responsibility of enterprises for safety in production and the responsibility for safety supervision of local people's governments will be fulfilled. We will comprehensively investigate and control hidden dangers and weak links of accidents, establish mechanisms for monitoring dangerous sources and checking hidden dangers, effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of serious and serious accidents, and promote the further steady improvement of the safety situation in production. The design and implementation of the management system for hidden trouble investigation in production safety is based on the structure of B / S architecture, the release and operation of the system based on the special government network and the public service network, and the implementation of the system with JavaEE solution. The system is analyzed and designed by object-oriented technology, and the heterogeneous system interface is realized by Web Services technology. In this paper, the system function requirement analysis, key technology application, architecture and database design, coding implementation, test method design and result analysis are described in detail. The application of the system provides an important information method for the basic management of safe production. The server operating system used in Fengcheng hidden trouble check and control system is Oracle. used in Redhat, database. The first part of the paper expounds the demand analysis of the hidden trouble checking system in Fengcheng city, and then expounds all the business functions of the system, including the list management function module, the area management function module, the whole business of the system including the list management function module, the area management function module. Enterprise information management module, hidden trouble detection and statistics module, law enforcement function module, legal document module, file notification module, video module, emergency management module. At the end of the paper, the realization of the system is described, and all the functions of the system are tested. Finally, the research and implementation of the system are summarized and the system needs further improvement.
