【摘要】：本文論述怡鴻公司的保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)事務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工作。該軟件是為適應(yīng)該公司在業(yè)務(wù)不斷豐富及市場(chǎng)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的形勢(shì)而開發(fā)的信息化管理工具,總體要求對(duì)目前業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展所需要處理的主要內(nèi)容,特別是在業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)、信息處理和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理方面提供盡可能完整和規(guī)范的管理支持。圍繞上述目的,本文基于軟件工程方法論述了該軟件的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試方面的工作。在需求分析方面,確定了該信息系統(tǒng)的重點(diǎn)功能是客戶信息管理能力,保單信息管理能力,全局性業(yè)務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力,經(jīng)紀(jì)費(fèi)用數(shù)據(jù)處理能力和理賠事務(wù)處理能力。論文圍繞對(duì)上述業(yè)務(wù)處理能力給出了具體的功能要求和相應(yīng)的用例模型。在設(shè)計(jì)工作方面,本文論述了系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu),采用基于對(duì)象的設(shè)計(jì)方法建立主要的對(duì)象類型及其關(guān)系以及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方案,給出必要的類圖模型、數(shù)據(jù)庫E/R圖模型和數(shù)據(jù)表的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例。在軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試方面,該系統(tǒng)基于C#編程實(shí)現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺(tái)采用SQL Server關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫,運(yùn)行環(huán)境為微軟.NET平臺(tái)。論文概述了怡鴻公司保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)事務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)的編程實(shí)現(xiàn),說明了主要對(duì)象類型的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)及其程序運(yùn)行的部分信息顯示實(shí)例,并較詳細(xì)地論述了該系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試任務(wù)、內(nèi)容和實(shí)例。目前該軟件已完成開發(fā)測(cè)試和模塊測(cè)試。通過在試運(yùn)行階段基于實(shí)際保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行集成測(cè)試,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)現(xiàn)階段保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的較為完整的處理能力,同時(shí)對(duì)諸如經(jīng)紀(jì)費(fèi)用的測(cè)算和保費(fèi)解付處理方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則的準(zhǔn)確處理,有力支持了業(yè)務(wù)處理的準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the software design and implementation of the insurance broker transaction management system of Yihong Company. The software is an information management tool developed to adapt to the company's ever-increasing business and expanding market size. The overall requirements for the main content of the current business development, especially in the business data, Provide as complete and standardized management support as possible in information processing and business process management. In this paper, the requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing of the software are discussed based on the software engineering method. In the aspect of requirement analysis, the key functions of the information system are customer information management, policy information management, overall business statistics and analysis, brokerage cost data processing and claim settlement transaction processing. In this paper, the specific functional requirements and the corresponding use case models are given around the above business processing capability. In the aspect of design work, this paper discusses the software architecture of the system, establishes the main object types and their relationships and the database design scheme by using the object-based design method, and gives the necessary class diagram model. Examples of detailed design of database E / R graph model and data table. In software implementation and testing, the system is based on C # programming, the database platform is SQL Server relational database, and the running environment is Microsoft. Net platform. This paper summarizes the programming implementation of the insurance broker transaction processing system of Yihong Company, explains the data structure of the main object types and some examples of the information display of the program operation, and discusses in detail the testing task of the system. Content and examples At present, the software has completed the development test and module testing. Through the integration test based on the actual insurance business data in the trial operation stage, the relatively complete processing ability of the insurance brokerage business at the present stage is realized. At the same time the accurate processing based on business rules is realized for example the calculation of brokerage fees and premium settlement processing which can support the accuracy and timeliness of business processing.
