【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,私家車以及非機(jī)動(dòng)車越來越多地進(jìn)入到人們的生活中,車輛的增多給車管所的對車輛的管理帶了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。由于傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)模式受辦公地點(diǎn)、時(shí)間、人力資源等因素的限制,同時(shí)人民群眾對交通安全又有了新的需求,如實(shí)時(shí)性、方便快捷性、個(gè)性多樣化,所以傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)模式滿足不了人民群眾的需求。不過,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的日益成熟,以及移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速普及,傳統(tǒng)的車管業(yè)務(wù)辦理逐漸地都在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了。本文通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)已有的車管服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)技術(shù),業(yè)務(wù)功能與流程利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),并從安全、穩(wěn)定、高效等方面考慮形成了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于ASP.NET框架,采用redis高速內(nèi)存數(shù)據(jù)庫,分布式技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了多功能一體化的車管服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。到目前為止,已完成APP客戶端交管動(dòng)態(tài)、新聞?wù)故�、天氣狀態(tài)預(yù)警、保險(xiǎn)辦理、交通管理業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)約/受理/辦理服務(wù)等功能。由于南寧市電動(dòng)自行車都必須學(xué)習(xí)上牌,而每天能辦理的上牌名額有限,通過網(wǎng)上預(yù)約電動(dòng)車號牌使電動(dòng)自行車的預(yù)約業(yè)務(wù)更加公平、透明。對于電動(dòng)自行車短時(shí)間內(nèi)高并發(fā)的預(yù)約數(shù)據(jù),采用redis高速內(nèi)存數(shù)據(jù)庫以隊(duì)列的形式處理并發(fā)訪問,保證數(shù)據(jù)的一致性,同時(shí)客戶端和服務(wù)端采用HTTPS通信協(xié)議和對稱秘鑰進(jìn)行雙向認(rèn)證,最大程度的保證數(shù)據(jù)安全。其中,交通管理業(yè)務(wù)包括補(bǔ)換領(lǐng)機(jī)動(dòng)車號牌、補(bǔ)換領(lǐng)機(jī)動(dòng)車行駛證、補(bǔ)領(lǐng)機(jī)動(dòng)車檢驗(yàn)合格標(biāo)志、預(yù)選機(jī)動(dòng)車號牌、申領(lǐng)機(jī)動(dòng)車臨時(shí)行駛車號牌,補(bǔ)換領(lǐng)機(jī)動(dòng)車駕駛證、駕駛?cè)松眢w條件證明提交、駕駛?cè)搜悠趽Q證/延期審驗(yàn)/延期提交身體條件證明等。本文給出了系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)、可行性分析、對業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行軟件工程化的分析和設(shè)計(jì),對軟件部署結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完畢后進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格測試,并已在南寧市推廣運(yùn)營了,目前已經(jīng)明顯緩解了交管部門窗口的業(yè)務(wù)壓力,最大限度的滿足了廣大人民群眾對車管服務(wù)的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, private cars and non-motor vehicles more and more enter into people's life. The increase of vehicles brings a great challenge to the management of vehicles. Because the traditional service mode is limited by office location, time, human resources and other factors, at the same time, people have a new demand for traffic safety, such as real-time, convenience, diversity of personality. So the traditional service model can not meet the needs of the people. However, with the increasing maturity of Internet technology and the rapid popularity of mobile Internet, traditional vehicle management services are gradually implemented on the Internet. In this paper, the architecture technology, business function and process of domestic vehicle management service system are investigated, and the overall design scheme is formed from the aspects of security, stability and efficiency, and the framework based on ASP.NET is designed and implemented. Using redis high-speed memory database and distributed technology, a multi-function integrated vehicle management service system is realized. Up to now, APP client traffic control dynamics, news display, weather early warning, insurance management, traffic management services booking / acceptance / processing services, and so on. Because Nanning electric bicycle must learn to take the card, and can handle the card quota is limited every day, through the online reservation electric vehicle number card makes the electric bicycle reservation business fairer and more transparent. For the high concurrency reservation data of electric bicycle in a short time, the redis high-speed memory database is used to process concurrent access in the form of queue to ensure the consistency of the data. At the same time, the client and server adopt HTTPS communication protocol and symmetric secret key to ensure the data security. Among them, the traffic management business includes the replacement of motor vehicle license plates, the replacement of motor vehicle driving certificates, the replacement of vehicle inspection passes, the pre-selection of motor vehicle number plates, the application of temporary motor vehicle license plates, and the replacement of motor vehicle driving licenses. The driver's physical condition certificate is submitted, the driver deferral certificate exchange / deferred inspection / deferment to submit the physical condition certificate, etc. In this paper, the system objectives, feasibility analysis, software engineering analysis and design of business functions, software deployment structure and key technologies are described in detail. After the system is developed, the system is strictly tested. And has been popularized and operated in Nanning City, has obviously alleviated the traffic management department window business pressure at present, has met the majority of people's demand for the vehicle management service to the maximum extent.
