校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:校園一卡通是智慧校園的一個(gè)極其重要的組成部分。校園一卡通身份認(rèn)證和消費(fèi)功能更是覆蓋了學(xué)校的方方面面,成為校園生活中必不可少的一部分。因其廣泛的應(yīng)用,校園一卡通的運(yùn)維管理也變得非常重要。傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)維管理方式和工作效率已經(jīng)不能滿足校園一卡通的業(yè)務(wù)需要。為適應(yīng)一卡通業(yè)務(wù)的需要,提高運(yùn)維管理和工作效率,本文設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了校園一卡通的運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)。本文主要設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)。首先,闡述了構(gòu)建運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)的必要性。介紹了當(dāng)前一卡通的運(yùn)維情況及存在的使用頻率高、運(yùn)維難度大、時(shí)效性要求高、效率低等問題。其次,介紹了校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)涉及的理論知識(shí)及相關(guān)技術(shù)。如MVC框架、Spring技術(shù)、Python語言、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫等技術(shù)。再次,介紹了校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架分析與詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)分為注冊(cè)認(rèn)證模塊,數(shù)據(jù)接入模塊,數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊,運(yùn)維報(bào)告查看及生成模塊及數(shù)據(jù)推送模塊,展示并描述各模塊的時(shí)序圖及ER圖。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體功能進(jìn)行測(cè)試并完善。該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的目的是為校園一卡通的運(yùn)維管理提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,如潛在問題告警,目前設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)展示等;提供一卡通的軟硬件資源的更新和人員調(diào)度方面的決策支持。在功能上,主要有用戶注冊(cè)認(rèn)證模塊、數(shù)據(jù)接入模塊、數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊、運(yùn)維報(bào)告查看生成模塊、數(shù)據(jù)推送模塊等五個(gè)主要模塊。本系統(tǒng)采用Spring MVC框架進(jìn)行開發(fā),提高了開發(fā)效率。數(shù)據(jù)處理部分采用Python的Pandas,NumPy,SciPy標(biāo)準(zhǔn)類庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和挖掘,提高數(shù)據(jù)模型的訓(xùn)練效率。數(shù)據(jù)庫采用穩(wěn)定的SqlServer2008及Oracle10g,便于系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和數(shù)據(jù)庫維護(hù)。將數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)應(yīng)用到校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)中,是數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在校園一卡通運(yùn)維管理中的一次嘗試,也為未來校園一卡通的自動(dòng)化運(yùn)維打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Campus card is an extremely important part of intelligent campus. The identity authentication and consumption function of campus card cover all aspects of the school and become an indispensable part of campus life. Because of its wide application, the operation and maintenance management of one-card on campus has become very important. The traditional operation and maintenance management and work efficiency can not meet the business needs of campus card. In order to meet the needs of one-card business and improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency, this paper designs and develops the campus one-card operation and maintenance management system. This paper mainly designs and implements the management system of one-card operation and maintenance on campus. Firstly, the necessity of constructing operation and maintenance management system is expounded. This paper introduces the current operation and maintenance of the card and the problems such as high frequency of operation, difficulty of operation and maintenance, high requirement of timeliness, low efficiency, etc. Secondly, the paper introduces the theory knowledge and related technology of the management system of campus one-card operation and maintenance. Such as MVC framework, Spring technology, Python language, data warehouse and other technologies. Thirdly, it introduces the frame analysis and detailed design of one-card operation and maintenance management system on campus. The system is divided into registration authentication module, data access module, data analysis module, operation and maintenance report inspection and generation module and data push module, showing and describing the timing diagram and ER diagram of each module. Finally, the whole function of the system is tested and perfected. The purpose of the system is to provide data support for the operation and maintenance management of the campus card, such as warning of potential problems, display of the current state of the equipment, and provide the update of the software and hardware resources of the card and the decision support of personnel scheduling. In terms of functions, there are five main modules: user registration and authentication module, data access module, data analysis module, operation and maintenance report view generation module, data push module, etc. This system adopts Spring MVC framework to develop, and improves the efficiency of development. In the part of data processing, the Pandas,NumPy,SciPy standard class library of Python is used for data processing and mining to improve the training efficiency of data model. The database adopts stable SqlServer2008 and Oracle10g, to facilitate the stable operation of the system and the maintenance of the database. The application of data warehouse and data mining technology to the management system of one-card operation and maintenance on campus is an attempt of data warehouse and data mining technology in the management of one-card operation and maintenance on campus. Also for the future campus card automation operation and maintenance laid the foundation.
