【摘要】：在高校的日常業(yè)務(wù)管理中,以往未采用信息管理系統(tǒng)的時(shí)候,對(duì)人事檔案的信息主要是通過學(xué)校部門的工作人員手工進(jìn)行管理,帶來了諸多的問題,如對(duì)人事檔案信息進(jìn)行查詢時(shí)候,需要工作人員對(duì)眾多的信息進(jìn)行查找,費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力,不能及時(shí)提供給學(xué)校的使用者;對(duì)人事檔案信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)的時(shí)候,常常因?yàn)槿肆Φ囊蛩?導(dǎo)致統(tǒng)計(jì)的報(bào)表信息存在問題,一定程度上影響了學(xué)校工作的開展,因此在這樣的情景下,對(duì)人事檔案管理平臺(tái)的開發(fā)越來越急迫�；谏鲜龅墓ぷ鲀�(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)了人事檔案信息管理的信息平臺(tái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系架構(gòu)采用B/S網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu),具體的應(yīng)用服務(wù)器采用IIS進(jìn)行部署運(yùn)行,日常學(xué)校師生用戶輸入網(wǎng)址對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行訪問,與用戶進(jìn)行交互,負(fù)責(zé)呈現(xiàn)給用戶的界面采用ASP.NET技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā),系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息存儲(chǔ)采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),通過ADO.NET框架與系統(tǒng)的邏輯代碼進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)上的交互,完成系統(tǒng)功能模塊的開發(fā),具體包括招聘信息管理、培訓(xùn)管理、薪酬管理、績(jī)效管理、人事管理等內(nèi)容,從而滿足學(xué)校的人力資源管理需求,人事檔案管理平臺(tái)利用學(xué)校建立好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)的有利條件,對(duì)具體的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析,從而確保開發(fā)出來的高校人事檔案管理平臺(tái)符合高校的需求,全面提升學(xué)校人事管理工作的信息化水平,從而為全校師生更好的提供服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In the daily business management of colleges and universities, when the information management system has not been adopted in the past, the information of personnel files is mainly managed manually by the staff of the school department, which brings many problems. If the personnel file information query, the need for staff to find a large number of information, time-consuming and laborious, can not be provided to the school users in time; When making statistics on personnel file information, it is often due to human factors that there are problems in the report information of statistics, which to some extent affect the development of school work. Therefore, in such a situation, The development of personnel file management platform is becoming more and more urgent. Based on the above work, the information platform of personnel file information management is designed. The network architecture adopts the B / S network architecture, and the specific application server is deployed using IIS. Daily school teachers and students user input URL to visit the system, interaction with the user, responsible for presenting to the user interface using ASP.NET technology to develop, the system background database information storage using SQL Server database, Through the ADO.NET framework and the logical code of the system data business interaction, complete the development of the system function module, including recruitment information management, training management, compensation management, performance management, personnel management, etc. In order to meet the human resource management needs of the school, the personnel file management platform makes use of the favorable conditions of the network established by the school to analyze the specific business process. In order to ensure the development of the university personnel file management platform in line with the needs of colleges and universities, to improve the overall level of information management of school personnel, so as to provide better service for the whole school teachers and students.
