公眾治安管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：公眾治安管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,旨在提高公安民警工作效率,增強公安工作的執(zhí)行力,實現(xiàn)案件管理、居民管理、行業(yè)管理等治安管理業(yè)務(wù)的有效性,是一個功能性強、實用度高的實際應用系統(tǒng)。本文將以公眾治安管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)作為目標,使用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?對目前公眾治安管理的各個業(yè)務(wù)流程進行詳細充分的分析,形成各類系統(tǒng)用例。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了戶籍系統(tǒng)接口、案件管理、居民管理、行業(yè)管理以及信息管理的功能。戶籍系統(tǒng)接口模塊處理的主要是在該市內(nèi)所有人員的生活信息的管理,并且主要是接口設(shè)置和接口查詢信息的管理。案件管理功能模塊研究的內(nèi)容主要包括報案登記管理、案件受理管理、案件進度管理功能。居民管理的主要功能身份證辦理流程的查詢和管理,戶口本信息的建立、遷出和變更等操作。行業(yè)管理模塊的主要功能是負責對本市各類行業(yè)的一個信息管理,包括普通行業(yè)和特殊行業(yè)。信息管理模塊主要是對用戶信息管理和公示信息管理。系統(tǒng)采用當前主流的基于JavaEE的Spring+Hibernate+Struts框架技術(shù)的開發(fā)構(gòu)架和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計方案。并且使用MyEclipse作為開發(fā)工具,是一個集成的開發(fā)環(huán)境,采用開發(fā)語言是可以撰寫跨平臺應用程序的面向?qū)ο蟮腏ava程序設(shè)計語言。在數(shù)據(jù)庫的選擇上則是選擇了安全性高,運行穩(wěn)定的SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計擴大了信息共享的范圍;提高了信息提取的速度和遴選的準確度,使有限的警力資源得以最大限度的發(fā)揮作用。此外,該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應用大大提高了干警學習以計算機應用為主的科學知識和技能的積極性,從而極大地提高公安隊伍的素質(zhì),促進形成具有時代風采的新一代公安民警。
[Abstract]:The design of the public security management information system aims to improve the efficiency of the public security police work, enhance the executive power of the public security work, and realize the effectiveness of the public security management business, such as case management, resident management, industry management, etc., which has a strong function. Practical application system with high practicability. This paper takes the development of public security management information system as the goal, uses the object-oriented thought, carries on the detailed and sufficient analysis to each business process of the public security management at present, forms each kind of system use case. The system realizes the functions of household registration system interface, case management, resident management, industry management and information management. The interface module of the household registration system mainly deals with the management of the life information of all the people in the city, and the management of the interface setup and the interface inquiry information. The content of case management function module mainly includes report registration management, case acceptance management and case schedule management. Resident management of the main functions of identity card processing process inquiry and management, the establishment of household information, move out and change operations. The main function of the industry management module is responsible for the city's various industries information management, including the general industry and special industries. Information management module is mainly to the user information management and public information management. The system adopts the development framework and database design scheme of current mainstream Spring Hibernate Struts framework technology based on JavaEE. Using MyEclipse as a development tool is an integrated development environment. Using the development language is an object-oriented Java programming language that can write cross-platform applications. In the choice of database is the choice of high security, stable operation of the SQL Server 2008 database. The system design expands the scope of information sharing, improves the speed of information extraction and the accuracy of selection, so that the limited police resources can play a role to the maximum extent. In addition, the development and application of the system has greatly improved the enthusiasm of the police officers in learning scientific knowledge and skills based on computer application, thus greatly improving the quality of the public security forces and promoting the formation of a new generation of police officers with the style of the times.
