信息系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性分析及運(yùn)維策略設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)態(tài)的信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維服務(wù)策略,首先提出基于范圍和波動(dòng)兩個(gè)維度建立信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用過程的動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性模型,然后引入基于信息熵的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性計(jì)算方法度量并分析信息系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性,并以此為依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)維策略,最后通過三家樣本企業(yè)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用實(shí)證.結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性能較為綜合反映系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用特征和規(guī)律,基于分析結(jié)果制定的信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維策略能夠提高信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維服務(wù)的效率.研究信息系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性及其運(yùn)維策略有助于指導(dǎo)企業(yè)推動(dòng)IT與業(yè)務(wù)相融合的運(yùn)維服務(wù)實(shí)踐.
[Abstract]:In order to design dynamic information system operation and maintenance service strategy, a dynamic complexity model of information system application process based on scope and fluctuation is proposed. Then, the method of computing data complexity based on information entropy is introduced to measure and analyze the dynamic complexity of information system. Based on this, the corresponding dynamic operation and maintenance strategy is designed. The results show that the dynamic complexity of the enterprise information system can reflect the application characteristics and laws of the system, and the information system operation and maintenance strategy based on the analysis results can improve the efficiency of the information system operation and maintenance service. The study of information system dynamic complexity and its operation and maintenance strategy is helpful to guide enterprises to promote the integration of IT and business operation and maintenance service practice.
