【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用在人們的日常生活中越來越普遍�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公效率也越來越高。在一些規(guī)模比較大的企業(yè)中,員工的數(shù)量極其的龐大,傳統(tǒng)的辦公程序、流程非常的繁瑣。傳統(tǒng)的使用檔案袋的辦公方式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)如今快速的辦公模式。企業(yè)要提高效率,抓員工業(yè)績(jī),尤其是媒體行業(yè),提高本地媒體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力需要將數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化成有用的知識(shí)。本系統(tǒng)使用瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式設(shè)計(jì),它具有較強(qiáng)的擴(kuò)展性、簡(jiǎn)單的操作界面、較強(qiáng)的資源共享性等特點(diǎn),它可以快速的處理企業(yè)人事管理的大量信息,為企業(yè)職工信息添加、修改、查詢操作提供快捷的方便。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)還將訪問系統(tǒng)的用戶劃分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與普通員工的級(jí)別。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以為員工分配相應(yīng)的權(quán)限。除了上述功能外,訪問系統(tǒng)的管理者之間還可以進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)信息交流。本文首先闡述人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的背景與意義以及目前的國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。然后是針對(duì)鞍山電視臺(tái)人力資源管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中涉及到的一些技術(shù)介紹。再介紹了關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則在人力資源管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究,最后是講解整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)部分。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, the application of information technology is becoming more and more common in people's daily life. The emergence of the Internet makes network office efficiency more and more high. In some large enterprises, the number of employees is extremely large, traditional office procedures, the process is very cumbersome. The traditional use of portfolio office has not adapted to the current rapid office mode. In order to improve the efficiency, pay attention to the performance of employees, especially the media industry, and improve the competitiveness of local media, we need to transform the data into useful knowledge. This system uses browser / server mode design, it has strong expansibility, simple operation interface, strong resource sharing and so on, it can deal with a lot of information of enterprise personnel management quickly, add for enterprise worker information. Modify, query operation to provide quick and convenient. At the same time, the system will access the system users divided between the leadership and ordinary staff levels. The leader can assign the appropriate authority to the employee. In addition to the above functions, managers accessing the system can exchange real-time data and information. This paper first describes the background and significance of human resource management system and the current research situation at home and abroad. Then it introduces some techniques involved in the development of human resource management system of Anshan TV Station. Then it introduces the application of association rules in human resource management system, and finally explains the analysis, design and implementation of the whole system.
