基于主數(shù)據(jù)的物料編碼和收集過程管控的研究

【摘要】:主數(shù)據(jù)也稱基準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù),指系統(tǒng)間共享的數(shù)據(jù),具有高業(yè)務(wù)價值,是一個企業(yè)單一、準(zhǔn)確、權(quán)威的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)來源。隨著我國信息技術(shù)的普及,制造企業(yè)已經(jīng)建立的各個應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)往往自成體系,彼此之間能夠被各系統(tǒng)捕捉并被使用的主數(shù)據(jù)缺乏統(tǒng)一的管理和維護。利用主數(shù)據(jù)管理理念和技術(shù),建立一個維護業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)完整性、一致性、相關(guān)性的主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺,首先對企業(yè)物料主數(shù)據(jù)的編碼申請、變更以及收集過程進行有效管控,從而提高制造企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、交付進度,提升數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)價值,推動業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新。本文分析和研究了主數(shù)據(jù)全生命周期管理方法,利用ESB/ETL等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),進行全企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)“統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范、統(tǒng)一管理維護”的主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺建立。為全面、系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)“一次采集、多次使用”的全生命周期管理,邁向由簡單的企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向建設(shè)信息化企業(yè)的第一步。研究了目前常用的系統(tǒng)集成方法,主要采用Web Service技術(shù),初步實現(xiàn)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺與編碼系統(tǒng)自動調(diào)用、傳遞編碼信息的功能;與門戶系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)單點登錄、統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證、統(tǒng)一待辦工作等信息的集成。預(yù)留與PDM、ERP、MES等重要業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)集成接口功能,為進一步建立EBOM、PBOM、工藝路線等詳細關(guān)鍵信息模型的集成開發(fā)做好準(zhǔn)備。本文提出了依據(jù)企業(yè)編碼體系中的集團標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),研究物料編碼申請、變更,以及ERP系統(tǒng)所需物料數(shù)據(jù)屬性的自動收集流程,分別解決了編碼過程人工管控,易導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)丟失、差錯率高,以及物料主數(shù)據(jù)信息交換以手工方式為主,數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜、采集周期長、數(shù)據(jù)不一致、關(guān)聯(lián)性不強、責(zé)任不清晰、業(yè)務(wù)辦理效率低下的問題。
[Abstract]:Master data, also known as benchmark data, refers to the data shared between systems, with high business value, is a single, accurate, authoritative basic data source. With the popularization of information technology in our country, the application systems established by manufacturing enterprises often form their own systems, and the master data which can be captured and used by each other are lack of unified management and maintenance. By using master data management concept and technology, a master data management platform is established to maintain the integrity, consistency and relevance of business data. Firstly, the coding application, change and collection process of material master data are effectively controlled. So as to improve the production and delivery of products in manufacturing enterprises, improve the value of data assets, promote business innovation. This paper analyzes and studies the method of master data whole life cycle management, and makes use of ESB/ETL and other key technologies to set up the master data management platform of "unified data standard, unified management and maintenance" in the whole enterprise. In order to realize the whole life cycle management of enterprise basic data "one time collection and many uses", the first step from simple enterprise information construction to the construction of information enterprise is step by step. This paper studies the common methods of system integration, mainly adopts Web Service technology to realize the function of automatic transfer of coding information between the main data management platform and the coding system. With the portal system to achieve single sign-on, unified identity authentication, unified to do work and other information integration. The functions of integration interface with PDM,ERP,MES and other important business systems are reserved for the further development of detailed key information models such as EBOM,PBOM, process routes. According to the group standard and enterprise standard in the enterprise coding system, this paper puts forward the automatic collection flow of the material coding application, the change and the material data attribute needed in the ERP system, and solves the manual control of the coding process, respectively. It is easy to lead to data loss, high error rate, and material master data exchange mainly by hand, data complexity, long collection period, data inconsistent, not strong relevance, not clear responsibility, low efficiency of business processing.
