3D打印技術(shù)在皮膚缺損傷口治療中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目的:探究3D打印技術(shù)在皮膚缺損傷口個(gè)體化治療中的應(yīng)用意義。方法:回顧性分析2014年5月-2015年4月皮膚傷口減張器治療的皮膚缺損患者4例,共4處創(chuàng)面。利用3D打印技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件UG(Unigraphics NX)的幫助,個(gè)體化設(shè)計(jì)皮膚傷口減張器作用于患者創(chuàng)面行皮膚減張。結(jié)果:4處創(chuàng)面均未行皮瓣移植,其中2處創(chuàng)面為一期愈合;剩余2處因傷口感染為二期愈合。隨訪卜6月,傷口愈合處瘢痕柔軟,未發(fā)生再次破潰、感染,減張口鄰近關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)良好。結(jié)論:借助3D打印技術(shù)制成的皮膚減張器具有個(gè)體化、減張效果好、傷口疼痛輕、瘢痕小,并可根據(jù)傷口張力特點(diǎn)隨時(shí)靈活調(diào)節(jié)等特點(diǎn),臨床治療效果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application of 3 D printing technique in the individualized treatment of skin defect wound. Methods: from May 2014 to April 2015, 4 patients with skin defect were treated with skin wound tensioner. With the help of 3D printing technology and computer aided design software UG (Unigraphics NX), the skin wound tensioner was designed individually. Results: no skin flap transplantation was performed in 4 wounds, 2 of which were primary healing, and the remaining 2 were secondary healing due to wound infection. Follow up for 6 months showed that the scar was soft at the wound healing site, no re-rupture, infection, and good movement of the joint adjacent to the debridement mouth. Conclusion: the skin tensioning apparatus made by 3D printing has the characteristics of individuation, good effect, light pain, small scar, and can be adjusted flexibly according to the characteristic of wound tension. The clinical treatment effect is satisfactory.
