【摘要】：該企業(yè)為大型上市公司,有近萬(wàn)名員工,并且已經(jīng)建設(shè)了財(cái)務(wù)、CRM、OA、ERP等系統(tǒng),但缺乏統(tǒng)一的信息門戶(EIP),無(wú)法有效的對(duì)各個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間的信息進(jìn)行聚合,并且用戶使用各個(gè)系統(tǒng)的時(shí)候需要打開不同的頁(yè)面,每次均輸入用戶名、密碼非常不便。本課題中,根據(jù)總體目標(biāo),利用信息規(guī)劃理論、方法和工具對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行訪談,梳理并確定業(yè)務(wù)層、管理層、決策層各級(jí)用戶的信息應(yīng)用需求,確定辦公相關(guān)的各應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的主要功能模型、數(shù)據(jù)模型和流程圖,構(gòu)建公司的信息門戶系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)模型。研究過(guò)程中采用了微軟.NET技術(shù)以及SharePoint軟件,以及SQL Server的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)一站式應(yīng)用中心,提供流程中心接入、報(bào)表中心、信息中心、文檔中心、交流中心、業(yè)務(wù)中心等應(yīng)用,這些應(yīng)用采用統(tǒng)一的接口規(guī)范和外部系統(tǒng)集成。經(jīng)過(guò)一年的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)工作,該系統(tǒng)已按既定目標(biāo)開發(fā)完成,為企業(yè)提供了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的門戶平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一界面、統(tǒng)一入口、統(tǒng)一待辦、統(tǒng)一授權(quán)管理,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同辦公效果。
[Abstract]:The company is a large listed company, has nearly 10,000 employees, and has built financial, CRM,OA,ERP and other systems, but the lack of a unified information portal (EIP), can not effectively aggregate the information between the various systems, And users need to open different pages when using each system, each time input user name, password is very inconvenient. In this paper, according to the overall goal, we use the information planning theory, methods and tools to interview the users, and sort out and determine the information application needs of the users at all levels of business, management and decision-making. The main function model, data model and flow chart of office related application system are determined, and the information portal system architecture model of the company is constructed. In the process of research, Microsoft. Net technology, SharePoint software and SQL Server database are adopted. On this basis, a one-stop application center is developed to provide process center access, report center, information center, document center, exchange center, business center, etc. These applications adopt unified interface specification and external system integration. After one year's design and development, the system has been developed according to the established goal, which provides the enterprise with a standardized portal platform, a unified interface, a unified entrance, a unified to-do, a unified authorization management, and a preliminary implementation of cooperative office effect.
