天津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,公用事業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)也得到了迅速發(fā)展,但公用事業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施種類繁雜,主管部門很難對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的資產(chǎn)及服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行及時和全面的了解。針對此問題,本文運(yùn)用軟件開發(fā)設(shè)計思想,對公用事業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析和設(shè)計,主要完成以下幾方面的工作:一、提出天津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)管理的運(yùn)行監(jiān)視需求。通過對天津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)行業(yè)信息化現(xiàn)狀及基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,整理天津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)需求;二、提出津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)需求分析。根據(jù)需求進(jìn)行分析,包括資產(chǎn)的分類、設(shè)備的分類;資產(chǎn)的使用、閑置、折舊、技改等。三、提出津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)一建模語言(UML)對津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,包括系統(tǒng)框架、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計等;四、總結(jié)項目建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,對今后公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)管理工作應(yīng)如何改進(jìn)提出建議。本文通過對津生態(tài)城公用設(shè)施資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),對于生態(tài)城城市的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營管理起到示范作用,也為生態(tài)城智慧城市的建設(shè)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the construction of public utility infrastructure has also been developed rapidly, but the types of public utility infrastructure are complex, it is difficult for the competent departments to understand the assets and service quality of infrastructure in a timely and comprehensive manner. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses the idea of software development and design to analyze and design the asset management system of public utilities infrastructure. The main work is as follows: 1. This paper puts forward the operational monitoring requirement of public facilities asset management in Tianjin Ecological City. Through the investigation and research on the information status of public facilities assets industry and the current situation of basic network in Tianjin Ecological City, the construction requirements of public facilities assets information system of Tianjin Ecological City are sorted out. Second, put forward Tianjin ecological city public facilities asset information system requirement analysis. Analyze according to requirements, including classification of assets, classification of equipment, use of assets, idle, depreciation, technical innovation, etc. Third, put forward Tianjin ecological city public facilities asset information system design. Using unified modeling language (UML) to design the information system of public facilities in Tianjin ecological city, including system framework, database design, application program design and so on; Fourth, summing up the experience of project construction and putting forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of utility assets in the future. Through the design and implementation of the information system of public facilities in Tianjin ecological city, this paper plays an exemplary role in the construction and operation management of ecological city, and lays a good foundation for the construction of intelligent city of ecological city.
