【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)老齡化問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,社會(huì)逐漸呈現(xiàn)出老年人口基數(shù)大、增長(zhǎng)快和高齡化、空巢化的趨向。因此,關(guān)心老人、切實(shí)解決老人的實(shí)際困難,已成為老人、兒女迫切的需求,也成為一個(gè)廣為關(guān)注的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。然而,我國(guó)由于人口眾多,經(jīng)濟(jì)不發(fā)達(dá),無(wú)論家庭養(yǎng)老還是機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老都面臨著資源的不足和其他種種困境。如何更好地利用通信信息技術(shù)支持養(yǎng)老服務(wù),發(fā)展居家養(yǎng)老網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù),已成為各級(jí)政府和社會(huì)組織急需解決的課題。本課題的目標(biāo)是建立一套完整的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)管理及協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制;為轄區(qū)內(nèi)的老齡人群及服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)建立準(zhǔn)確詳實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及養(yǎng)老服務(wù)電子化檔案;以老人數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)及智能終端產(chǎn)品為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建健康監(jiān)測(cè)、緊急救援、生活幫助、主動(dòng)關(guān)懷四大服務(wù)方式,豐富了服務(wù)手段和項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容。本系統(tǒng)采用C/S架構(gòu)體系。其中,客戶端是基于Android平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用程序。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)大量使用Android消息傳遞機(jī)制Handler和多線程技術(shù),以及簡(jiǎn)潔明了的用戶界面,極大的提高了用戶體驗(yàn)。系統(tǒng)主要提供了健康數(shù)據(jù)采集、健康記錄統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢、緊急情況求救、城市定位、天氣預(yù)報(bào)等功能。健康數(shù)據(jù)采集功能可以使用戶實(shí)時(shí)采集到自己的健康數(shù)據(jù),健康記錄統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢功能可以使用戶隨時(shí)可以查看以前的健康數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果,緊急情況救援可以使用戶遇到緊急狀況時(shí)向服務(wù)中心一鍵求救,城市定位功能和天氣預(yù)報(bào)功能有助于用戶對(duì)自己的生活做出合理安排。服務(wù)端使用Java web技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),主要負(fù)責(zé)響應(yīng)客戶端的請(qǐng)求。本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)背景和必要性,緊接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)所涉及到的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,然后對(duì)該系統(tǒng)從需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)三個(gè)方面分別展開(kāi)論述,最后介紹了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試情況并進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:With the aging problem becoming more and more serious, the society gradually presents the trend of large population base, rapid growth, aging and empty-nesting. Therefore, caring for the elderly and solving the practical difficulties of the elderly have become an urgent need of the elderly and children, and become a social problem of widespread concern. However, due to the large population and underdeveloped economy, both the family and the institutional pension are faced with the shortage of resources and other difficulties. How to make better use of the communication information technology to support the old-age service and to develop the information service of the home pension network has become an urgent task for all levels of government and social organizations. The goal of this project is to establish a complete management and coordination mechanism of home old-age care services, to establish an accurate and detailed database and electronic archives for the aged people and service organizations in the jurisdiction; Based on the database for the elderly, the information service platform and the intelligent terminal products, four service modes, health monitoring, emergency rescue, life help and active care, are constructed, which enrich the service means and the content of the project. The system adopts C / S architecture. The client is an application based on Android platform. The system greatly improves the user experience by using a large number of Android messaging mechanism Handler and multi-thread technology as well as a concise user interface. The system mainly provides functions such as health data collection, statistical inquiry of health record, emergency situation, city location, weather forecast and so on. The health data collection function enables the user to collect their own health data in real time, and the health record statistic query function enables the user to view the previous health data and statistical analysis results at any time. Emergency rescue can help users to call for help from the service center in case of emergency. The function of city location and weather forecast can help users to make reasonable arrangements for their lives. Server uses Java web technology to achieve, mainly responsible for responding to the client's request. This paper first introduces the background and necessity of the system development, then describes the related technologies involved in the system, and then discusses the system from three aspects: requirement analysis, system design and system implementation. In the end, the test situation of the system is introduced and summarized and prospected.
