高通量圖像視頻計算

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的圖像和視頻數(shù)據(jù)正在飛速地產(chǎn)生和傳播.這些數(shù)據(jù)不僅規(guī)模龐大,還具有高并發(fā)、高維度、大流量的顯著特性,導(dǎo)致了目前對它們的實時分析和處理面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn).這就需要開展高通量圖像視頻計算方面的研究,需要結(jié)合新型硬件結(jié)構(gòu),利用其體系結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢,提出一系列實用的高通量圖像視頻計算理論與方法,提升數(shù)據(jù)中心的圖像視頻數(shù)據(jù)處理效率.為此,在詳細地分析了現(xiàn)有的高通量圖像視頻計算相關(guān)方法與技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了現(xiàn)有高通量圖像視頻計算方法研究的不足;進一步地,分析了高通量圖像視頻計算的3個未來研究方向:高通量圖像視頻計算理論、高通量圖像視頻分析方法及高通量視頻編碼方法.最后,總結(jié)了高通量圖像視頻計算需要解決的3個關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題.這些問題的解決將為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)圖像視頻內(nèi)容監(jiān)管、大規(guī)模視頻監(jiān)控、圖像視頻搜索等重要應(yīng)用提供關(guān)鍵技術(shù)支持.
[Abstract]:Image and video data on the Internet are being generated and spread at full speed. These data not only have large scale, but also have the remarkable characteristics of high concurrency, high dimension and large traffic, which lead to the great challenge to their real-time analysis and processing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on high-throughput image and video computing, and combine the new hardware structure with the advantage of its architecture, and put forward a series of practical theories and methods of high-throughput image and video computing. Improve the efficiency of image and video data processing in data center. Therefore, based on the detailed analysis of the existing high-throughput image and video computing methods and technologies, this paper discusses the shortcomings of the existing high-throughput image and video computing methods. Furthermore, three future research directions of high-throughput image and video computing are analyzed: high-throughput image video computing theory, high-throughput image video analysis method and high-throughput video coding method. Finally, three key scientific problems to be solved in high throughput image and video computing are summarized. The solution of these problems will provide the key technology support for the Internet image video content supervision, large-scale video surveillance, image video search and other important applications.
