一種改進(jìn)的ViBe運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測算法

【摘要】:為抑制傳統(tǒng)ViBe算法在檢測運(yùn)動目標(biāo)時產(chǎn)生的"鬼影",提高監(jiān)控視頻運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測的準(zhǔn)確性,提出了一種改進(jìn)的ViBe運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測算法。該算法采用連續(xù)相鄰的多幀圖像序列代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)ViBe算法中第一幀圖像,構(gòu)建背景模型,從根源上解決傳統(tǒng)ViBe算法在運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測中存在的"鬼影"問題。利用Canny邊緣檢測算子和形態(tài)學(xué)運(yùn)算相結(jié)合的方式準(zhǔn)確完整的提取運(yùn)動區(qū)域,降低算法的復(fù)雜度且減少運(yùn)動區(qū)域的提取時間。提出一種背景模型更新策略判定條件,提高背景模型的質(zhì)量,消除高頻擾動對運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測的影響,從而實(shí)時保證運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測的準(zhǔn)確性和魯棒性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過4種算法的對比,改進(jìn)的ViBe算法能夠有效的抑制鬼影,且在高頻擾動的情況下能較好的適應(yīng)動態(tài)背景,顯著提高運(yùn)動目標(biāo)檢測的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In order to suppress the "ghost" generated by the traditional ViBe algorithm in detecting moving targets and improve the accuracy of moving target detection in surveillance video, an improved ViBe moving target detection algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm, successive adjacent multi-frame image sequences are used to replace the first frame image in the traditional ViBe algorithm, and the background model is constructed to solve the "ghost" problem in moving target detection based on the traditional ViBe algorithm. Using the combination of Canny edge detection operator and morphological operation, the motion region is extracted accurately and completely, which reduces the complexity of the algorithm and reduces the extraction time of the motion region. A decision condition of background model updating strategy is proposed to improve the quality of background model and eliminate the influence of high frequency disturbance on moving target detection, so that the accuracy and robustness of moving target detection can be guaranteed in real time. The experimental results show that the improved ViBe algorithm can effectively suppress ghost images, adapt to the dynamic background and improve the accuracy of moving target detection.
