某銀行考勤管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the innovation of information technology, informatization is becoming the development direction of various industries. In some traditional industries, such as banking, the popularity of information technology to the industry has brought about earth-shaking changes. The change from the original manual way to the electronic one not only brings higher work efficiency, but also ensures the accuracy of the work. Attendance is a job that needs to be both accurate and efficient. Due to the decentralization of bank network and the complexity of bank staff scheduling, a functional attendance system has become an urgent need for managers. The attendance management system adopts the method of fingerprint recording attendance information, solves many common problems in attendance, such as typing cards, forgetting cards, and so on. Fingerprint identification is used to ensure the accuracy of attendance records. The system adopts the B / S architecture, which reduces the cost of deployment, can connect the attendance management system with the browser, and is convenient for managers to view attendance information at any time. In addition, the system provides rich report functions, convenient for managers to view daily detail, summary reports and raw data, more convenient statistics of bank staff attendance information, reduce the workload of performance appraisal. The system not only has comprehensive and rich functions, but also has set up strict authority management, which controls the functions used by every administrator, so as to ensure that the managers will not provide convenience for others. The development of the system is based on. Net Framework framework. The system structure adopts MVC structure. The structure is clear, the coupling degree between layers is low, the interface design is reasonable, and it is convenient for the secondary development in the later stage. The connection between the browser and the attendance machine is based on the JavaScript calling OCX control, which provides the technical foundation for the B / S structure. The service end of the system is set up on the IIS server, which has high stability and can provide 724 hours service for the managers. At the same time, the original attendance record and fingerprint information are kept in the database, which ensures the accuracy and completeness of the system data. After testing, the system has comprehensive function, no loopholes, and has a high ease of use.
