太西洗煤廠無人值守監(jiān)控預(yù)警系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's coal industry, more and more monitoring equipment and production equipment are combined in industrial production. The purpose is to replace manual work, reduce labor cost and reduce labor intensity. In today's coal preparation plant, the proportion of personnel is decreasing day by day, and the automation equipment is becoming more and more perfect. However, labor still plays an irreplaceable role in the operation and production of coal washing plant. How to improve the efficiency of manual inspection in production will become an urgent problem to be solved in coal washing plant. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the automatic production and monitoring system used in the coal washing plant at present, this paper studies the combination of the Internet of things technology and the intelligent video surveillance system. Introducing scientific and efficient video analysis technology, combining with production control system, and taking the first division of Taixi Coal washing Plant as the design basis, the equipment in operation is sampled from the region image, the regional state is identified, and the dangerous area is identified. Equipment status recognition. And the obtained data, real-time transmission through the wired, wireless network, so that each monitoring location is clear, intuitive to master the state of the equipment. It is of great importance and far-reaching significance to prevent illegal operations and casualties through centralized dispatching and reasonable collocation of personnel patrol and inspection area.
