【摘要】：隨著高校工作的日漸繁瑣,在實(shí)際工作中必須提高工作效率,諸如高校在學(xué)籍、考試、成績(jī)等環(huán)節(jié)的信息化工作一樣,校企合作關(guān)系的建立、鞏固,合作效果的提升都需要信息系統(tǒng)的大力支持,通過(guò)校企合作管理系統(tǒng)可有效地加強(qiáng)校企間的互動(dòng),為在校生提供更多在企業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),可提高學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力和就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)企業(yè)也可節(jié)約一定的用人成本,提前選定優(yōu)秀學(xué)生。高校校企合作管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)建是相當(dāng)有意義的,系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)建為學(xué)校和企業(yè)創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)很好的平臺(tái),有利于校企合作工作的開展�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)建是建立在B/S模式之上的,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)方面選擇的是Microsoft SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方面是以C#為基礎(chǔ)的。論文完成的主要工作概括如下:1、探討高校校企合作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問(wèn)題。2、詳細(xì)分析系統(tǒng)的需求,并完成系統(tǒng)的建模和整體結(jié)構(gòu)。3、開發(fā)創(chuàng)建校企合作信息管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)高校校企合作過(guò)程中的各種信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)范的管理,為校企合作搭建信息查詢的平臺(tái)。4、通過(guò)對(duì)校企合作數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),定崗實(shí)習(xí)模塊,為就業(yè)工作提供決策信息。本文以成都東軟學(xué)院校企合作管理工作為研究背景,進(jìn)行高等院校校企合作管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。筆者作為本系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,根據(jù)用戶的需求分析,主要設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)級(jí)管理的功能模塊,包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的管理模塊和系統(tǒng)管理員的功能模塊兩個(gè)方面內(nèi)容,數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入和導(dǎo)出模塊是一個(gè)通用性很強(qiáng)的模塊,本系統(tǒng)中根據(jù)需要用戶可以選擇性地進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)出。而在校企合作管理系統(tǒng)的登錄安全方面,論文對(duì)通過(guò)身份認(rèn)證網(wǎng)關(guān)的驗(yàn)證識(shí)別功能,采用授權(quán)碼的凍結(jié)、解凍、更新等,從而使得辦公人員能夠以最快速度熟悉系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)處理。同時(shí)本系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)過(guò)程中不牽扯收費(fèi)軟件,項(xiàng)目開發(fā)初期具備經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,而在投入運(yùn)行時(shí)亦無(wú)需過(guò)多資金投入,對(duì)企業(yè)和學(xué)校雙方都具備較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。本文的研究工作既是高校校企合作相關(guān)事務(wù)管理的工作需要,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校在校企合作方面信息化建設(shè)的必然趨勢(shì),特別是國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于應(yīng)用型本科的關(guān)注度與重視度日益提升,此類環(huán)境必然導(dǎo)致眾多高校紛紛加大校企合作、訂單培養(yǎng)的工作議程,這也在無(wú)形當(dāng)中推動(dòng)了校企合作管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly tedious work in colleges and universities, it is necessary to improve the working efficiency in practical work, such as the information work in the aspects of student status, examination, grades, etc., and the establishment and consolidation of the cooperative relationship between universities and enterprises. The improvement of cooperation effect needs the support of information system. Through the cooperation management system of school and enterprise, we can effectively strengthen the interaction between schools and enterprises, and provide more opportunities for college students to practice in enterprises. It can improve students' practical ability and employment competitiveness, at the same time, enterprises can also save certain employment costs and select outstanding students ahead of time. The research and development of cooperative management system between universities and enterprises is quite meaningful. The establishment of the system creates a good platform for schools and enterprises, which is conducive to the development of cooperation between schools and enterprises. In general, the system is based on the B / S model, the database is selected as Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database, and the system design is based on C #. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows: 1. Discuss the standardization problem of the cooperation between university and enterprise. 2, analyze the requirement of the system in detail, and complete the modeling and the whole structure of the system. 3. Develop and establish the information management system of the cooperation between the university and the enterprise. Scientific and normative management of all kinds of information in the process of cooperation between universities and enterprises is carried out, and a platform for information inquiry is built for cooperation between schools and enterprises. 4. Through statistics of the data of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the module of job placement practice is established to provide decision information for employment work. In this paper, the design and development of the cooperative management system of colleges and universities is carried out under the background of the cooperative management of schools and enterprises in Chengdu Neusoft University. As the project leader of this system, according to the user's demand analysis, the author mainly designs the function module of the system level management, including the management module of the backstage database and the function module of the system administrator. The data import and export module is a very versatile module. In this system, the user can export the data selectively according to the need. In the aspect of the login security of the school-enterprise cooperation management system, the paper uses the authorization code to freeze, thaw and update the authentication function of the authentication gateway, so that the office personnel can familiarize themselves with the application of the system as quickly as possible. Conduct business processing. At the same time, the system does not involve in the development of the software, the initial development of the project has the economic feasibility, and in the operation of the need for too much capital investment, both enterprises and schools have a good economic feasibility. The research work of this paper is not only the work need of the university enterprise cooperation related affairs management, but also the inevitable trend of realizing the university enterprise cooperation information construction, especially the domestic attention and the attention degree to the applied undergraduate course is increasing day by day. This kind of environment will inevitably lead many colleges and universities to increase the cooperation between universities and enterprises, order training work agenda, which also promotes the development of the cooperative management system of the school and enterprise among the invisible.
