寧波市耕地質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, while the decrease of cultivated land quantity is irreversible in a short period of time, the problem of the overall decline of cultivated land quality is becoming increasingly prominent, and the food security and cultivated land protection are facing severe challenges. The effective protection of cultivated land and the improvement of cultivated land quality are related to national food security and sustainable development of agriculture. It is urgent to use modern scientific and technological means to improve the quality management level of cultivated land and to promote the scientific and rational utilization of cultivated land resources. According to the needs of cultivated land quality management and decision-making in Ningbo, this paper takes the cultivated land resources of Ningbo as the management object, and integrates the advanced technical means with GIS technology as the core. The cultivated land quality management information system based on ArcGIS Engine 10.0 is developed. The system includes special applications such as standard farmland occupation and compensation audit, standard farmland land fertility evaluation, arable land related project management, cultivated land quality positioning monitoring and other thematic applications. It has powerful spatial information processing and analysis functions, and can be highly efficient. Organize and manage cultivated land quality information conveniently. In this paper, the overall structure design, database establishment, function development and implementation of the system are discussed and analyzed in detail. The software provides friendly man-machine interface, convenient user application, provides information and intelligent service platform for cultivated land quality management, completes comprehensive management of cultivated land resources data and dynamic supervision of cultivated land quality information. The establishment and application of the system will bring dynamic monitoring into the daily administration of cultivated land quality and realize the real-time monitoring of cultivated land quality, which will play an important role in promoting the construction of agricultural informatization in Ningbo and promoting the healthy development of agriculture. For efficient management of regional cultivated land resources, to provide basic support for government decision-making.
