基于GIS的公路設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic and transportation industry in Tianjin, the highway density has been expanded continuously, and the management of highway facilities has been paid more and more attention to by the local traffic authorities in cities and districts. The survey of road facility profit and loss data is a necessary channel for information on the quality of road facilities. However, due to the large number of facilities requiring maintenance and limited personnel, As a result, the investigation data of highway facilities in our city are still not accurate enough, and the maintenance and service capacity of the facilities are still not in place. In view of this problem, the project team has designed and developed the highway facilities management system. In this paper, we first put forward the perfect combination of business data and spatial data, so that the transportation department can manage the traffic network more efficiently and conveniently, and make rational use of resources. Moreover, the system can clearly display the road condition information of provincial highways in various countries, which provides a clear and objective factual basis for the transportation authorities, and provides convenience for the management. Secondly, the automation of data inspection, the automatic identification of data errors and the full automatic checking can provide administrators with false alarm, cause errors, modify suggestions, and reduce the workload of data modification. Reduce the error of manual operation. Finally, the data processing automation is put forward, which can automatically delete redundant pseudo-nodes, delete broken lines and empty notes, automatically splice scattered text, assist to modify self-intersection lines and retrace lines, assist to close polygonal edges, etc. The workload of data processing is reduced and the precision of data processing is improved. The design and implementation of highway facility management system provide convenient working mode for highway facility management department. The system realizes the functions of updating and maintaining the data of highway facilities, checking regularly, managing the achievements of technical status evaluation, and realizing the effective supervision of highway administration. After nearly half a year of trial operation, the system runs normally without any major accidents.
