【摘要】：隨著天津交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,公路密度隨之不斷擴(kuò)大,市、區(qū)各地方交通主管部門(mén)對(duì)公路設(shè)施方面的管理越加重視。公路設(shè)施損益情況數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)查,是一項(xiàng)可以獲知公路設(shè)施好壞的必要渠道,但是,由于需要維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的設(shè)施量巨大且人員有限,致使我市的公路設(shè)施好壞的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)仍不夠準(zhǔn)確,設(shè)施維護(hù)和服務(wù)能力等方面做的仍不到位,針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,項(xiàng)目組設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了公路設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先提出了業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)與空間數(shù)據(jù)的完美結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了讓交通主管部門(mén)能夠更加高效、便捷的管理交通路網(wǎng),合理的利用資源,且系統(tǒng)可以清楚地顯示各國(guó)省道等公路的路況路線信息,為交通主管部門(mén)提供了清晰、客觀的事實(shí)依據(jù),為管理提供了便利。其次,提出了數(shù)據(jù)檢查自動(dòng)化,數(shù)據(jù)錯(cuò)誤做到自動(dòng)識(shí)別、全自動(dòng)化檢查,可以為管理員提供錯(cuò)誤報(bào)警、產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的原因、修改建議,減少數(shù)據(jù)修改工作量,降低人工操作的誤差。最后,提出了數(shù)據(jù)處理自動(dòng)化,可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)刪除冗余點(diǎn)偽節(jié)點(diǎn)、自動(dòng)刪除碎線和空注記、自動(dòng)拼接零散文字、輔助修改自相交線和回頭線、輔助閉合多邊形邊線等,為數(shù)據(jù)處理人員減少了數(shù)據(jù)處理的工作量,提高了數(shù)據(jù)處理的精度。公路設(shè)施管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),為公路設(shè)施管理部門(mén)提供了便捷的工作方式。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)公路設(shè)施數(shù)據(jù)更新維護(hù),定期檢測(cè)、技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀評(píng)定成果管理等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)公路路政的有效監(jiān)督。經(jīng)過(guò)近半年的試運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常,無(wú)任何重大事故。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic and transportation industry in Tianjin, the highway density has been expanded continuously, and the management of highway facilities has been paid more and more attention to by the local traffic authorities in cities and districts. The survey of road facility profit and loss data is a necessary channel for information on the quality of road facilities. However, due to the large number of facilities requiring maintenance and limited personnel, As a result, the investigation data of highway facilities in our city are still not accurate enough, and the maintenance and service capacity of the facilities are still not in place. In view of this problem, the project team has designed and developed the highway facilities management system. In this paper, we first put forward the perfect combination of business data and spatial data, so that the transportation department can manage the traffic network more efficiently and conveniently, and make rational use of resources. Moreover, the system can clearly display the road condition information of provincial highways in various countries, which provides a clear and objective factual basis for the transportation authorities, and provides convenience for the management. Secondly, the automation of data inspection, the automatic identification of data errors and the full automatic checking can provide administrators with false alarm, cause errors, modify suggestions, and reduce the workload of data modification. Reduce the error of manual operation. Finally, the data processing automation is put forward, which can automatically delete redundant pseudo-nodes, delete broken lines and empty notes, automatically splice scattered text, assist to modify self-intersection lines and retrace lines, assist to close polygonal edges, etc. The workload of data processing is reduced and the precision of data processing is improved. The design and implementation of highway facility management system provide convenient working mode for highway facility management department. The system realizes the functions of updating and maintaining the data of highway facilities, checking regularly, managing the achievements of technical status evaluation, and realizing the effective supervision of highway administration. After nearly half a year of trial operation, the system runs normally without any major accidents.
