【摘要】：如今,整個(gè)地球受到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的影響,正在面臨一場(chǎng)爆發(fā)式和全面性的進(jìn)步�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)的突發(fā)前進(jìn)步調(diào)帶動(dòng)了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛應(yīng)用,于是信息技術(shù)的無法預(yù)測(cè)的發(fā)展步調(diào),帶來了數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的今天。課題主要研究基于C/S架構(gòu)的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)信息管理系統(tǒng)。它可以為企業(yè)提供定量、可操作等便利,為企業(yè)管理提供了豐富的功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了操作的辦公室化。我們對(duì)企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)狀況進(jìn)行普識(shí)的研究,按照軟件工程的一般思路進(jìn)行研究。首先對(duì)我們的目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行需求的分析。這包括可行性分析、總體需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫分析。其中,可行性分析又分為技術(shù)可行性分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性分析、營(yíng)運(yùn)可行性分析和管理可行性分析。通過這幾個(gè)方面的分析來闡述設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)此信息管理系統(tǒng)的可行性和必要性�？傮w需求分析包含培訓(xùn)中的統(tǒng)籌方面管理、課程方面的管理、資源領(lǐng)域的管理、培訓(xùn)成績(jī)方面的管理、人員方面的管理等若干塊。從將來可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能的角度進(jìn)行分析將其劃為若干個(gè)模塊,便于后續(xù)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作。數(shù)據(jù)庫分析從概念設(shè)計(jì)和邏輯設(shè)計(jì)兩方面來闡述了信息管理系統(tǒng)邏輯實(shí)現(xiàn)的方案。其次,著重研究和分析了培訓(xùn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),這包括系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)層面。系統(tǒng)的總體探討了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境、目標(biāo)、開發(fā)策略等一些宏觀或者表面的理論、方法和問題。整個(gè)培訓(xùn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)要點(diǎn)就在系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段分為系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)。其分為統(tǒng)籌方面管理模塊、課程方面管理模塊、資源方面管理模塊、培訓(xùn)成績(jī)管理模塊、人員方面管理模塊、培訓(xùn)師信息管理模塊以及系統(tǒng)方面的維護(hù)等若干模塊。利用IPO和流程圖詳細(xì)分析了信息流的傳遞方向和路徑,規(guī)劃了模塊的整體布局方案,還用例圖的形式更詳實(shí)的說明員工、培訓(xùn)師和企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系。最后,為整體的培訓(xùn)信息管理系統(tǒng)尋求了一種可以實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)試的方法,并研究了測(cè)試整體方案,接著對(duì)整個(gè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施進(jìn)行說明,闡述培訓(xùn)對(duì)企業(yè)和員工的意義。
[Abstract]:Today, the entire planet is facing a explosive and comprehensive progress under the influence of economic globalization. The sudden advance of science and technology has driven the wide application of computer technology and network, so the unpredictable pace of development of information technology has brought digitization and networking today. This paper mainly studies the enterprise training information management system based on C / S architecture. It can provide quantitative and operable convenience for enterprises, provide rich functions for enterprise management, and realize the operation of office. We carry on the general research to the enterprise's training condition, according to the general train of thought of the software engineering. First of all, we analyze the requirements of our target products. This includes feasibility analysis, overall requirements analysis, and database analysis. Among them, the feasibility analysis is divided into technical feasibility analysis, economic feasibility analysis, operational feasibility analysis and management feasibility analysis. The feasibility and necessity of designing and implementing this information management system are expounded through the analysis of these aspects. The overall needs analysis includes the overall management of training, the management of courses, the management of resources, the management of training achievement, the management of personnel, and so on. It can be divided into several modules from the point of view of the functions that can be realized in the future, so as to facilitate the subsequent system design work. The solution of logical realization of information management system is expounded from two aspects of concept design and logical design. Secondly, the implementation of the training information management system is studied and analyzed, which includes two levels: the overall design and the detailed design. This paper discusses the macro and surface theories, methods and problems of the system development environment, objectives, development strategies and so on. The technical key points of the whole training information management system are in the detailed design stage of the system. The detailed design stage is divided into the system architecture design, the overall structure design and the system function module design. It is divided into integrated management module, curriculum management module, resource management module, training achievement management module, personnel management module, trainer information management module and system maintenance module. Using IPO and flow chart, the transfer direction and path of information flow are analyzed in detail, the overall layout of the module is planned, and the relationship among employees, trainers and enterprises is explained in more detail in the form of use case diagram. At last, a method to realize the test is found for the whole training information management system, and the whole test scheme is studied, then the implementation of the whole training plan is explained, and the significance of the training to the enterprise and the staff is expounded.
