【摘要】：由于開源軟件開發(fā)方式與傳統(tǒng)的軟件工程方法存在顯著差異,為了加入開源社區(qū),商業(yè)組織必須要對自身原有的軟件開發(fā)方式、業(yè)務(wù)模式等做出調(diào)整.在這種情況下,一個亟待解決的問題是商業(yè)組織應(yīng)當(dāng)采取怎樣的參與模式才能有效融入開源社區(qū).為此,進(jìn)行3個方面的研究:采用雪球采樣方法對OpenStack相關(guān)的文本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,為定性分析提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ);借鑒扎根理論,通過對所收集數(shù)據(jù)的過濾和歸納,總結(jié)出不同商業(yè)組織參與OpenStack的模式;在此基礎(chǔ)上提煉出4種更具一般性的參與模式,為商業(yè)組織參與開源項目提供經(jīng)驗參考與決策支持.
[Abstract]:Since there are significant differences between open source software development and traditional software engineering methods, in order to join the open source community, commercial organizations must adjust their original software development methods and business models. In this case, an urgent question is how business organizations should participate in order to effectively integrate into the open source community. Therefore, three aspects of research are carried out: to collect the text data related to OpenStack by using snowball sampling method to provide the data basis for qualitative analysis, to draw lessons from the rooted theory, to filter and induce the collected data, This paper summarizes the models of different business organizations participating in OpenStack, and on this basis, abstracts four more general participation modes, which provide experience reference and decision support for commercial organizations to participate in open source projects.
