基于ASP.NET技術(shù)的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The intelligent district management system based on computer and Internet technology, using the flow management, systematically runs the management mode to realize the efficient operation, and makes the property management become more efficient and succinct. Property management and owners can use the information and intelligent way to understand all kinds of information in the community, which is more conducive to deal with the complex things that the community faces. Let the property management staff better service owners, so that owners satisfied with the property management work. This paper analyzes the current situation of residential property management in our country and some outstanding problems, and puts forward a solution through intelligent community management system. The intelligent community management system is based on ASP.NET technology and B / S service architecture. Mainly from the following four different aspects of the study: 1. This paper analyzes the research degree and practical application degree of property management at present, introduces the latest research progress and future development trend of property management in foreign countries. Based on this, the research contents and methods of residential property management system based on ASP.NET technology are derived. Using UML object-oriented modeling design idea, combining feasibility analysis and summary, the structure of property management system, business process and other aspects are analyzed. Use case analysis and description analysis, as well as non-functional requirements analysis, are applied to the targeted management of the whole system, including residential area, building, facility, property, paid service, parking, and household. In the design process, the system design principle is taken as the starting point, and the overall sub-structure of the module diagram is designed for the system design, and the whole system operation flow is programmed. After the whole system design blueprint is completed, The database related tables are designed by ER design model. Through the scientific and professional design and the investigation of the actual situation, the residential property management system can realize and meet the functional needs of the property management staff and owners. At the same time, improve the level of property management and daily work efficiency, and ultimately achieve a safe, reliable and efficient management model.
