寬帶高速光電信號(hào)分析儀軟件開(kāi)發(fā)及測(cè)試

【摘要】:為了更好地維護(hù)日益復(fù)雜的光纖通信系統(tǒng),監(jiān)測(cè)光信號(hào)的時(shí)域和頻域特征,開(kāi)發(fā)具有時(shí)域和頻域測(cè)量功能的寬帶高速光電信號(hào)分析儀是解決該問(wèn)題的有效途徑。然而,與儀器密切相關(guān)的分析軟件是人機(jī)交互的媒介,軟件的好壞直接決定了儀器性能的優(yōu)劣。因此,基于虛擬儀器和LabVIEW軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)將光信號(hào)的時(shí)域和頻域測(cè)量方法集成,開(kāi)發(fā)出穩(wěn)定可靠、界面友好的分析軟件具有重要意義。本論文首先介紹了寬帶高速光電信號(hào)分析儀的系統(tǒng)組成,并闡述了該儀器的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括線性光采樣技術(shù)和基于受激布里淵散射的光譜測(cè)量技術(shù)。然后,利用模塊化的編程思想,圍繞寬帶高速光電信號(hào)分析儀軟件的需求分析,對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行了模塊劃分和功能描述。接著,對(duì)各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。對(duì)于時(shí)域分析模塊,本論文主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集、星座圖繪制、星座圖參數(shù)的計(jì)算以及時(shí)域界面和框架設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)研究了眼圖重構(gòu)算法。對(duì)于頻域分析模塊,本論文主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了多曲線顯示、標(biāo)記與區(qū)域分析、縮放與平移以及頻域界面和框架設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)研究了光譜數(shù)據(jù)采集與逐點(diǎn)顯示,提出了硬件采集與軟件顯示的并行處理方案。同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出功能。最后,搭建測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)軟件的功能以及性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了軟件的正確性、穩(wěn)定性以及在時(shí)域和頻域測(cè)量上所表現(xiàn)的優(yōu)異性能。
[Abstract]:In order to better maintain the increasingly complex optical fiber communication system and monitor the characteristics of optical signal in time and frequency domain, it is an effective way to solve this problem by developing a wideband high speed photoelectric signal analyzer with time domain and frequency domain measurement functions. However, the analysis software which is closely related to the instrument is the medium of human-computer interaction, and the quality of the software directly determines the performance of the instrument. Therefore, it is of great significance to integrate the time domain and frequency domain measurement methods of optical signals based on virtual instrument and LabVIEW software development platform, and to develop a stable and reliable analysis software with friendly interface. This paper first introduces the system composition of broadband high-speed photoelectric signal analyzer, and describes the key technologies of the instrument, including linear optical sampling technology and spectral measurement technology based on stimulated Brillouin scattering. Then, the modular programming idea is used to analyze the requirement of broadband high-speed photoelectric signal analyzer software, and the module division and function description of the software are carried out. Then, each module is designed and implemented in detail. For the time domain analysis module, this paper mainly realizes the data acquisition, constellation map drawing, constellation parameter calculation, time domain interface and frame design, and focuses on the eye image reconstruction algorithm. For the frequency domain analysis module, this paper mainly realizes multi-curve display, marking and area analysis, scaling and translation, frequency domain interface and frame design, and focuses on spectral data acquisition and point-by-point display. The parallel processing scheme of hardware acquisition and software display is proposed. At the same time, the function of data import and export is realized. Finally, a test platform is built to test the function and performance of the software, which verifies the correctness and stability of the software and its excellent performance in time domain and frequency domain measurement.
