【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)逐漸滲透到快遞領(lǐng)域。如何把高效的物流信息管理技術(shù)與提升用戶體驗(yàn)結(jié)合起來(lái),是快遞領(lǐng)域迫切需要攻克的難點(diǎn)之一。各大快遞公司雖然相繼推出了快遞信息管理系統(tǒng),但都未較好地解決此問(wèn)題。論文創(chuàng)新性地提出了包括快遞員和用戶的雙模式快遞信息管理系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套完整的系統(tǒng)軟件。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)論文首先對(duì)快遞市場(chǎng)格局和市面上已有的快遞類手機(jī)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析;針對(duì)現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題,提出了包括快遞員和用戶的雙模式快遞信息管理系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)。(2)以此總體架構(gòu)為依托,論文設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了包括移動(dòng)端和后臺(tái)服務(wù)器端的雙模式快遞信息管理系統(tǒng)。針對(duì)移動(dòng)端,完成了“快遞員”移動(dòng)端和“顧客”移動(dòng)端的功能設(shè)計(jì)、框架設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對(duì)后臺(tái)服務(wù)器端,完成了基于PHP和JSON數(shù)據(jù)格式的服務(wù)API接口的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了“顧客”移動(dòng)端和“快遞員”移動(dòng)端之間的通信。(3)論文對(duì)該系統(tǒng)所涉及的訂單狀態(tài)模型、室內(nèi)外定位技術(shù)和對(duì)多訂單的并發(fā)控制等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。移動(dòng)端采用Android平臺(tái),服務(wù)器端采用PHP語(yǔ)言,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用MySQL來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的持久存儲(chǔ)。(4)論文對(duì)雙模式快遞信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,包括“快遞員”移動(dòng)端和“顧客”移動(dòng)端的功能測(cè)試和服務(wù)器端的接口測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)的功能正常,移動(dòng)端和服務(wù)器端的交互正常,性能良好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of mobile Internet, information technology has gradually penetrated into the field of express delivery. How to combine efficient logistics information management technology with improving user experience is one of the most difficult problems in express delivery field. Although major express delivery companies have introduced express information management system, they have not solved this problem. In this paper, the general framework of double mode express information management system including couriers and users is put forward innovatively. On this basis, a complete set of system software is implemented. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the paper firstly analyzes the market pattern of express delivery and the existing application of express mobile phone in the market, aiming at the existing problems, This paper puts forward the general framework of double-mode express information management system including couriers and users. (2) based on this framework, this paper designs and implements a double-mode express information management system, which includes mobile terminal and background server. For the mobile terminal, the function design, frame design and development of the "courier" mobile end and "customer" mobile terminal are completed. Aiming at the background server, the service API interface based on PHP and JSON data format is designed in detail, and the communication between "customer" mobile end and "courier" mobile terminal is realized. (3) the order status model of the system is discussed in this paper. The key technologies of indoor and outdoor positioning and concurrency control of multiple orders are analyzed. The mobile terminal adopts Android platform, the server side adopts PHP language, and the database uses MySQL to realize the persistent storage of data. (4) the paper tests and verifies the double-mode express delivery information management system. Including the "courier" mobile side and "customer" mobile terminal functional testing and server side interface testing. The test results show that the function of the system is normal, the interaction between mobile and server is normal, and the performance is good.
