一種參數(shù)化的牙頜有限元自動(dòng)建模方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有牙頜有限元建模方法存在低效和缺乏個(gè)性化的缺點(diǎn),提出一種參數(shù)化的牙頜有限元自動(dòng)建模方法。通過(guò)實(shí)體造型技術(shù)對(duì)牙頜初始三維幾何模型進(jìn)行處理,生成牙周膜、牙槽的三維幾何模型;根據(jù)齒列的配置參數(shù)和單元參數(shù)對(duì)牙頜模型進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分;基于Ansys的參數(shù)化程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言,開發(fā)了面向牙頜的有限元自動(dòng)建模系統(tǒng),并在真實(shí)的牙頜數(shù)據(jù)集上進(jìn)行了建模實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)高效地生成個(gè)性化牙頜系統(tǒng)的有限元模型。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the existing finite element modeling methods for dentistry and jaw, a parameterized finite element modeling method for dentistry and jaw is presented in this paper. The 3D geometric model of periodontal membrane and alveolar is generated by processing the initial 3D geometric model of the tooth by solid modeling technology, and the mesh of the model is divided according to the configuration parameters and unit parameters of the tooth column. Based on the parameterized programming language of Ansys, an automatic finite element modeling system for dental jaw was developed, and the modeling experiment was carried out on the real dental data set. The experimental results show that the system can automatically and efficiently generate the finite element model of the personalized dental and maxillary system.
