基于BIM技術(shù)的劇院室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方法研究
[Abstract]:As a space carrier carrying cultural exchange activities, the interior space of the theatre should not only meet the basic needs of space function, visual aesthetics and humanistic care, but also meet the new mission entrusted to it by the times. In recent years, the network of cultural dissemination, the quality of audio-visual experience, the science-technology of theater equipment, the assembly of construction and the diversification of participating teams require the interior design of the theater to be information-based, refined and intelligent. The direction of prefabrication and coordination is striding forward, and the traditional design method is unable to adapt to the demands of the development of the times. The innovation of the interior design method of the theater has become a common challenge to the contemporary interior designers. Building Information Model (Building Information Modeling,) technology has been springing up since the 1970s, leading the whole construction field into a new era. BIM's change to the construction industry is not limited to the innovation of design tools and design platform. For the change of design mode and design concept, it provides the whole life cycle design idea to form the new data link of building information integration. The research of theater interior design method based on BIM technology can lead the theater interior design to the new mode of information from the design level, and lead it to the new height of intelligence from the operation and maintenance level. In this paper, the theater interior space as the research object, relying on the BIM technology as a research means, using literature review, comparative analysis and other research methods, the theater interior space design system and traditional design methods to comb, analysis, At the same time, combined with questionnaire and case study, the applicability and application of BIM technology in theater interior design are analyzed. With the development of the research, the author put forward a set of interior design method based on BIM technology, and combined with practice, completed the interior design project of "Shangqiu Culture and Art Center". The results of the proposed method are verified. The interior design method of theatre based on BIM technology is an innovation to the traditional design method, which enables designers to carry out the collaborative design of theatre interior space more efficiently and accurately, and to solve the problems encountered in the design. At the same time, the relevant information generated in the design phase can also provide reliable database support for the socialization of information sharing in the later stage of the theater operation, and promote industrialization. Integration of the new theater life cycle model laid a good foundation. This not only meets the needs of people in the information age, more in line with the development trend of the future theater.
