基于PHP的在線數(shù)據(jù)分享文件處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology and computer science and technology, people's life and work have been greatly affected. Enterprise online file system is becoming the mainstream of the current working mode, and it is also one of the directions that network technology and information interaction technology pay close attention to in recent years. In order to improve the work efficiency, meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises and promote the people-oriented industry management model, the enterprise work system needs to provide more and better functions and good user experience. File processing system needs to complete the integration of many functions, such as employee management, document processing, information transmission and so on. At present, there are many kinds of file processing systems, various functions are mixed together, code reuse is difficult, so different enterprises have to design their own system according to different workflow. The purpose of this paper is to develop a file processing system which is based on business flow and integrates modern multi-department cooperative processing of traffic flow. The system has powerful file sharing function, business flow discussion function and so on. In this paper, we use the popular server-side script description language PHP, to design the office system according to the existing system and business requirements. The office system standardizes the business flow from the decision layer to the work layer, and realizes the tracking of the business from the beginning stage to the end stage. The system can not only improve the transmission efficiency of enterprise files and the degree of sharing business information, but also improve the level of business management. Because of the huge amount of data and too many redundant files, the system must deal with the files quickly and accurately. Based on the analysis of various functions of the existing online file processing system, this paper puts forward a method of realizing the function of data sharing, which makes the system more convenient to deal with the business related to file flow. The online data sharing system is designed and implemented according to the current status of the existing file processing system, as well as the business model, network environment and business requirements of small enterprises. This kind of document processing platform should not only meet the current office needs, but also take into account the development of future system architecture. At the same time, we strive to complete the project safely and reliably under the premise of time and resources. In the development process of dynamic web application, the advantage of web technology is obvious. The system uses PHP language to develop on the server. The system has strong extensibility, multiple integration functions and convenient code reuse. The system adopts the structure of B / S and mysql as the database. The system is analyzed, designed, realized and tested strictly according to the method of software engineering. The system can meet the needs of users to a large extent.
