【摘要】：本文論述公安電子物證勘驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)目的是面向不斷增大的計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪案件中對(duì)電子物證在受理、勘驗(yàn)、分析、保全、監(jiān)督等方面的管理所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),切實(shí)改善以往在電子物證檢驗(yàn)管理工具功能不夠全面和適應(yīng)性不夠靈活的情況。本文首先概述該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)理論基礎(chǔ)、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用背景綜述,接下來(lái)對(duì)公安電子物證勘驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析進(jìn)行了討論,著重分析了其中最常用的審批模塊、預(yù)檢模塊、保全模塊、監(jiān)督模塊的需求內(nèi)容,并建立了主要的案例模型�；诠矙C(jī)關(guān)電子物證勘驗(yàn)警務(wù)活動(dòng)實(shí)際需求為指導(dǎo),本文重點(diǎn)討論了電子物證勘驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)以及主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方法,最后從程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的角度概述了公安電子物證勘驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試情況,給出了部分運(yùn)行實(shí)例和測(cè)試實(shí)例。在充分調(diào)研了該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前公安機(jī)關(guān)電子證據(jù)檢驗(yàn)的警務(wù)運(yùn)作模式,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)劃分。并使用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)、LAMP平臺(tái)、工作流等技術(shù),解決了公安機(jī)關(guān)在電子物證勘驗(yàn)活動(dòng)中的業(yè)務(wù)信息流及數(shù)據(jù)交換的各種復(fù)雜問(wèn)題,顯著提升了我局對(duì)電子證據(jù)勘驗(yàn)管理的效率和規(guī)范性,特別是使委托單位和執(zhí)法監(jiān)督部門(mén)得以及時(shí)掌握電子證據(jù)檢驗(yàn)的進(jìn)度和證物保全狀態(tài),有利于提高電子證據(jù)檢驗(yàn)鑒定實(shí)驗(yàn)室的運(yùn)作效率和檢驗(yàn)程序的規(guī)范化。目前,公安電子物證勘驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)部署完畢,并進(jìn)行了試運(yùn)行,經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的試用表明,本系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)良,運(yùn)行安全,使用便捷,極大的提高了公安機(jī)關(guān)電子物證勘驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的勘驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)效率,提高了打擊各類(lèi)刑事犯罪的能力,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the software design and implementation of the electronic physical evidence inspection and management system for public security. The purpose of this system is to face the challenges faced by the management of electronic material evidence in the growing number of computer crime cases in the aspects of acceptance, investigation, analysis, preservation, supervision, etc. To improve the function and adaptability of the electronic evidence inspection management tools. This paper first summarizes the development theory foundation, technical foundation and application background of the system, then discusses the demand analysis of the public security electronic physical evidence inspection and management system, focusing on the analysis of the most commonly used examination and approval module, pre-check module. Security module, monitor the requirements of the module, and set up the main case model. Based on the actual requirements of police activities of electronic physical evidence investigation in public security organs, this paper mainly discusses the software design and implementation of electronic physical evidence inspection management system, the design of database and the design methods of main modules. Finally, from the point of view of program realization, this paper summarizes the implementation and test of the public security electronic physical evidence inspection and management system, and gives some examples of operation and test. On the basis of investigating the key technology of the system and combining the current police operation mode of electronic evidence inspection of public security organs, the functions of the system are classified and divided. And by using the B / S structure of lamp platform, workflow and other technologies, various complicated problems of information flow and data exchange between public security organs in the electronic physical evidence inspection activities have been solved, and the efficiency and standardization of our bureau's examination and management of electronic evidence have been greatly improved. In particular, the entrustment unit and the law enforcement supervision department can grasp the progress of electronic evidence inspection and the state of evidence preservation in time, which is helpful to improve the operation efficiency of the electronic evidence inspection and identification laboratory and the standardization of the inspection procedure. At present, the public security electronic physical evidence investigation and management system has been deployed, and has been put into trial operation. After a period of trial, it has been shown that the system has excellent performance, safe operation and convenient use. It greatly improves the efficiency of the investigation and inspection of electronic physical evidence inspection laboratory of public security organs, improves the ability of cracking down on all kinds of criminal crimes, and achieves the expected results.
