【摘要】：為有效地開展空間使用價(jià)值預(yù)測及人流預(yù)測,研究了建筑空間組織對人流分布的影響.以商業(yè)建筑為研究類型,選擇兩個(gè)典型樣本,綜合Space Syntax與Arc GIS集成技術(shù)對集銷中心交通空間進(jìn)行量化分析.該技術(shù)在建立理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的反饋機(jī)制方面具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,研究數(shù)據(jù)表明:對于業(yè)種組合穩(wěn)定的集銷中心,可綜合主入口位置、垂直交通布局與空間整合度等因素實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑內(nèi)有效的人流分布預(yù)測;合理的垂直交通與業(yè)種分層組合有利于提高各層人流的可達(dá)性;集銷中心內(nèi)部空間均具有較強(qiáng)的對稱性,其組構(gòu)關(guān)系越簡明、形態(tài)越統(tǒng)一,越利于實(shí)現(xiàn)人流均衡分布.
[Abstract]:In order to effectively predict the space use value and the flow of people, the influence of the spatial organization of the building on the distribution of the flow of people was studied. Taking commercial buildings as the research type, two typical samples are selected, and the traffic space of the center is analyzed quantitatively by integrating Space Syntax and Arc GIS technology. This technique has a unique advantage in establishing a feedback mechanism between theory and reality. The research data show that the main entrance position can be synthesized for the centralized selling center with stable combination of industry and species. Factors such as vertical traffic layout and spatial integration can effectively predict the distribution of people in buildings; reasonable combination of vertical traffic and layering is conducive to improving the reachability of human flow at all levels; the inner space of the center has strong symmetry. The more concise and uniform the fabric is, the more favorable it is to realize the balanced distribution of the flow of people.
