招標(biāo)信息匯總推送系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)以獲取更好的效益和結(jié)果,招標(biāo)也是如此,越來越多的招標(biāo)活動(dòng)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行發(fā)布,以期讓更多的人了解,加強(qiáng)競爭,可以讓更有實(shí)力的人或企業(yè)接手。對(duì)于有實(shí)力或者急于擴(kuò)展業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)來說,網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的每一條招標(biāo)信息都有可能會(huì)對(duì)他們帶來巨大的利益,同時(shí),錯(cuò)過一條招標(biāo)信息也意味著可能損失了一個(gè)巨大的機(jī)會(huì)。但是,目前在網(wǎng)上獲取招標(biāo)信息比較麻煩,原因有以下兩點(diǎn):第一,信息分散,人們需要到很多招標(biāo)網(wǎng)站上去進(jìn)行信息查找;第二,信息數(shù)目巨大,要從海量信息中篩選出符合自己需要的信息費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力。針對(duì)上述問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲和文本分類的招標(biāo)信息匯總和推送系統(tǒng)。它主要有四個(gè)模塊,一個(gè)是爬蟲模塊,能夠從各大招標(biāo)信息發(fā)布網(wǎng)站獲取信息,并處理成統(tǒng)一格式存入數(shù)據(jù)庫;一個(gè)是一般用戶模塊,所有人都可以通過系統(tǒng)門戶網(wǎng)站瀏覽匯總后的招標(biāo)信息,并且能通過多個(gè)條件進(jìn)行搜索查詢;一個(gè)是注冊用戶模塊,注冊用戶可以設(shè)置自己關(guān)注的網(wǎng)站并設(shè)置相應(yīng)關(guān)鍵詞;最后一個(gè)是信息推送模塊,推送程序?qū)ε老x獲取的消息進(jìn)行篩選然后將符合用戶要求的消息以郵件方式推送給用戶。該系統(tǒng)能大大減輕用戶負(fù)擔(dān),節(jié)省時(shí)間,具有較高的實(shí)際意義。最終,本人在嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,利用多種熱門和前沿技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了招標(biāo)信息匯總推送系統(tǒng),通過它,用戶可以方便地獲得自己需要的招標(biāo)信息。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more industries rely on the network to obtain better benefits and results, and so is bidding. More and more bidding activities are published through the network in order to let more people understand and strengthen competition. Can let more powerful person or enterprise take over. For enterprises with the strength or eager to expand their business, every bidding information on the network may bring great benefits to them, at the same time, missing a bidding information may mean that a huge opportunity may be lost. However, at present, it is more difficult to obtain bidding information on the Internet because of the following two reasons: first, the information is scattered and people need to go to many bidding websites for information searching; second, the amount of information is huge. It takes time and effort to filter out information that fits your needs from a large amount of information. To solve the above problems, this paper designs and develops a bidding information aggregation and push system based on web crawler and text classification. It has four main modules, one is the crawler module, it can obtain information from the major bidding information publishing websites, and it is processed into a unified format to be stored in the database; the other is the general user module. All of them can browse the total bidding information through the system portal website, and can search and query through several conditions, one is the registered user module, the registered user can set the website of their own concern and set the corresponding keywords; The last one is the information push module. The push program filters the message obtained by the crawler and then pushes the message that meets the user's requirements to the user by mail. The system can greatly reduce the burden of users, save time, has a higher practical significance. Finally, on the basis of rigorous and scientific analysis and design, I use a variety of popular and cutting-edge technologies to realize the bidding information collection and push system. Through it, users can easily get the bidding information they need.
