工程計價管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic entities, the amount of investment in construction projects is increasing day by day. In our country, the construction cost should be transformed from the stage management process to the whole process management. The management of the project cost by the project construction unit includes the management stage of the early construction, the middle and the later maintenance, the implementation stage including the design stage, the bidding stage, the construction stage, the completion acceptance stage and the post evaluation stage. The project cost management of the construction project includes the bidding stage, the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage. At present, there are many disputes in the process of project cost management, and the contractor is at a disadvantage, and the process of the contractor's cost management is very complex. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to this problem. Through the research on the requirement analysis of the project valuation management system, the project valuation management, the engineering material valuation management, the engineering equipment valuation management, the engineering quantity list management, the project valuation management, the engineering material valuation management, the engineering quantity list management, Basic data management function and other five main functional modules. The realization of the system is based on the popular Java language at the present stage, the UML modeling technology is used in the requirement analysis and design phase, and the J2EE framework technology is used to realize the system. The technology involved in the system is relatively advanced and has a strong scalability, which can add new functions to the system according to the actual needs of users in the future. In order to reflect the actual cost of the project as much as possible, the system can reduce the deviation of budget valuation in the initial stage of the project by dynamically measuring and adjusting it in phases during the implementation process of the project in order to reflect the actual cost of the project as much as possible. For large projects, such a valuation management method can more effectively control costs and reduce the risk of budget overruns.
