基于移動IT的建設項目進度信息管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:由于在建設工程進度信息管理中存在信息孤島的問題,該問題常會為進度目標的按時完成帶來一系列困難,且目前缺乏有效的解決手段。國內外有關進度信息管理的研究主要集中在將新技術引入到進度管理中的應用等方面,例如BIM技術、Web技術、GIS技術、RFID技術等新興信息技術在進度管理中的應用已經(jīng)成為研究熱點,特別是最近幾年BIM技術的興起和大力推廣,為建筑業(yè)信息化提供了良好平臺。本文將移動IT技術應用于建筑工程進度信息管理的過程中,構建了基于移動IT技術,包括移動通信技術、移動智能硬件、移動操作系統(tǒng)的進度信息管理系統(tǒng)。其目的在于解決進度信息管理中的信息孤島問題,讓辦公室的進度計劃數(shù)據(jù)和工地現(xiàn)場的施工數(shù)據(jù)能夠高效同步交互,最終使得工程進度的動態(tài)管理和可視化管理成為可能。在相關理論研究中,文章結合工程進度管理的基本理論和現(xiàn)場施工的實施情況,分析了目前進度管理中存在的主要問題和影響工程進度的相關因素,通過比較工程建設項目的生產特點和移動IT技術的應用特點,闡述了移動IT技術應用在工程建設項目中,特別是進度管理方面的必要性和適用性;谝苿覫T的進度信息管理系統(tǒng)的主要研究內容包括系統(tǒng)目標用戶需求分析、系統(tǒng)模型構建、進度數(shù)據(jù)流分析和功能模塊設計。在從信息管理的角度分析了進度管理中存在的實際問題后,明確目標用戶并準確提取用戶需求,再以需求為導向設計功能模塊、構建模型框架,分析各個功能具體實現(xiàn)的方法途徑。辦公室進度數(shù)據(jù)的分解傳輸和現(xiàn)場施工數(shù)據(jù)的采集反饋施工構成整個系統(tǒng)信息庫的兩大數(shù)據(jù)源,本文利用移動IT技術建立了兩大數(shù)據(jù)源之間數(shù)據(jù)交互的渠道,有效解決了數(shù)據(jù)源之間的信息孤島問題。在模擬案例應用研究中,文章介紹了模擬工程的項目概況,特別是進度情況,包括計劃進度目標和實際施工進度情況,并根據(jù)進度問題分析用戶需求,最終基于移動IT技術建立適于本項目的進度信息管理系統(tǒng),并根據(jù)實際情況分析預測了系統(tǒng)應用的最終效果,最后為該系統(tǒng)的應用推廣提出合理建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the problem of isolated information islands in the management of construction progress information, this problem often brings a series of difficulties for the timely completion of progress goals, and there is a lack of effective means to solve these problems. The research on progress information management at home and abroad is mainly focused on the application of new technology into schedule management. For example, BIM technology, BIM technology, RFID technology and other new information technology in progress management has become a research hotspot. Especially in recent years, the rise and promotion of BIM technology has provided a good platform for construction informatization. In this paper, the mobile IT technology is applied to the construction engineering progress information management process, and a progress information management system based on mobile IT technology, including mobile communication technology, mobile intelligent hardware and mobile operating system, is constructed. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of isolated island of information in the management of progress information, so that the data of progress plan of office and construction data of site can be synchronized and interacted efficiently, and finally the dynamic management and visual management of project schedule can be made possible. In the relevant theoretical research, combining the basic theory of project schedule management and the implementation of site construction, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current schedule management and the relevant factors affecting the progress of the project. By comparing the production characteristics of engineering construction projects and the application characteristics of mobile IT technology, this paper expounds the necessity and applicability of mobile IT technology in engineering construction projects, especially in the aspect of schedule management. The main research contents of the progress information management system based on mobile IT include system target user requirement analysis, system model construction, progress data flow analysis and function module design. After analyzing the practical problems in schedule management from the point of view of information management, the paper defines the target users and accurately extracts the user's needs, and then designs the function module based on the demand, and constructs the model framework. The methods and approaches to realize each function are analyzed. The decomposition and transmission of office schedule data and the collection and feedback construction of site construction data constitute the two data sources of the whole system information base. This paper establishes the channel of data exchange between the two data sources by using mobile IT technology. The problem of information island between data sources is solved effectively. In the application study of simulation case, this paper introduces the general situation of the simulation project, especially the progress, including the planned progress target and the actual construction schedule, and analyzes the user's demand according to the schedule problem. Finally, based on the mobile IT technology, a schedule information management system is established, and the final effect of the system is analyzed and forecasted according to the actual situation. Finally, reasonable suggestions are put forward for the application of the system.
