【摘要】：多媒體教室的信息化建設(shè)與應(yīng)用是實現(xiàn)教育信息化的關(guān)鍵,傳統(tǒng)的多媒體教室管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)迅速發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:電教科管理人員不能夠及時地發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理教學(xué)設(shè)備故障,沒有形成一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的故障處理流程,不能準(zhǔn)確地記錄各類教學(xué)設(shè)備的狀態(tài)、使用時間、維修記錄,這樣不僅影響高校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,而且也會減緩教育信息化的進(jìn)程。由于前期多媒體教室建設(shè)缺乏系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃性,導(dǎo)致多媒體教室分布地點散亂,多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備陳舊難以維護(hù)等問題,使得日常維護(hù)管理工作異常繁重的現(xiàn)狀,面對日益增多的多媒體教室,亟需開發(fā)一個運行高效、安全可靠、適用性強的多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)本校各類多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備的集中控制管理,自動將多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備常見故障進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計,記錄多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備故障詳情,為建立我校教學(xué)設(shè)備常見故障處理辦法知識庫及教學(xué)設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化故障處理流程奠定數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)電教科輔助教學(xué)工作的實際需求,課題使用軟件工程開發(fā)思想、JSP技術(shù)、UML建模技術(shù)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問技術(shù),通過綜合運用JSP、jQuery、Oracle及JDBC(Java DataBase Connectivity)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了基于jQuery的Web多媒體教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)不僅可以對教學(xué)設(shè)備進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化的集中控制管理,而且可以對信息化教學(xué)設(shè)備的使用狀態(tài)及維護(hù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行跟蹤記錄,形成寶貴知識庫,方便后期進(jìn)行維護(hù)管理,這樣可以加快多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備信息化管理的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The construction and application of multimedia classroom informatization is the key to realize education informatization. The traditional multimedia classroom management mode can not adapt to the rapidly developing network environment. The main manifestations are as follows: the management of audio-visual education can not find and deal with the failure of teaching equipment in time, does not form a set of standard fault handling process, can not accurately record the status of all kinds of teaching equipment, use time, Maintenance of records will not only affect the teaching quality of colleges and universities, but also slow down the process of education informatization. Due to the lack of systematic planning in the construction of multimedia classrooms in the early stage, the distribution of multimedia classrooms is scattered, the multimedia teaching equipment is old and difficult to maintain, and so on, which makes the daily maintenance and management work extremely heavy. In the face of the increasing number of multimedia classrooms, it is urgent to develop an efficient, safe and reliable multimedia teaching equipment management system to realize the centralized control and management of all kinds of multimedia teaching equipment in our school. The common faults of multimedia teaching equipment are classified and counted automatically, and the details of the failures of multimedia teaching equipment are recorded, which lays a data foundation for establishing the knowledge base of the common fault treatment method of teaching equipment in our school and the standardized fault treatment flow of teaching equipment. According to the actual demand of Audio-visual Teaching, the subject uses the software engineering development thought, JSP technology, UML modeling technology and database access technology. The Web multimedia teaching management system based on jQuery is realized by synthetically using JSP,jQuery,Oracle and JDBC (Java DataBase Connectivity) technology. This system can not only carry on the modernized centralized control management to the teaching equipment, but also can track and record the use state and the maintenance content of the information teaching equipment, form the valuable knowledge base, and facilitate the maintenance management in the later period. This can speed up the multimedia teaching equipment information management process.
