KD軟件集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:本文對中國管理軟件行業(yè)的發(fā)展過程以及管理軟件企業(yè)的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并以此為基礎(chǔ),全面分析了金蝶軟件集團(tuán)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速遞增以及IT軟件技術(shù)的持續(xù)創(chuàng)新,中國管理軟件企業(yè)之間的抗衡變得愈發(fā)激烈,各個(gè)管理軟件企業(yè)紛紛從產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、高新科技人才以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+相關(guān)理念等方面鞏固并提升自身的核心競爭力。金蝶軟件集團(tuán)是中國管理軟件市場上的寡頭之一,占據(jù)著中國ERP市場的半壁江山,其具備強(qiáng)大的研發(fā)能力、專業(yè)的行業(yè)解決方案和數(shù)量龐大的老客戶。然而在國際管理軟件巨頭及國內(nèi)主要競爭對手共同帶來的競爭壓力之下,金蝶必須要探索差異化經(jīng)營的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。首先,金蝶集團(tuán)需要持續(xù)修正和堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行基礎(chǔ)管理體系,對內(nèi)部員工打造創(chuàng)新型組織文化,借助自身最擅長的信息化建設(shè)能力,在公司內(nèi)部打造知識分享及學(xué)習(xí)的信息化系統(tǒng),建立全員學(xué)習(xí)型組織企業(yè)文化,以形成企業(yè)自身不斷造血的創(chuàng)新能力。其次,金蝶集團(tuán)屬于知識密集型公司,最寶貴的核心競爭力之一就是人才隊(duì)伍,所以在不斷引進(jìn)國內(nèi)外行業(yè)高新人才的同時(shí),必須持續(xù)認(rèn)真的做好選拔、培訓(xùn)、使用和留住人才等方面的工作。最后,金蝶作為管理軟件企業(yè),另一核心競爭力就是技術(shù)研發(fā)能力,需要不斷完善金蝶的研發(fā)體系架構(gòu),敏銳尋找并研發(fā)出與行業(yè)競爭對手相比的差異化產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)持續(xù)在行業(yè)解決方案方向深耕細(xì)作,在兩化融合時(shí)期占領(lǐng)大數(shù)據(jù)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+相關(guān)技術(shù)的前沿,以便在激烈的管理軟件市場競爭中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development process of Chinese management software industry and the management status of management software enterprises are analyzed and studied. On the basis of this, the external environment and internal resources of Kingdee Software Group are comprehensively analyzed. With the rapid increase of Chinese economy and the continuous innovation of IT software technology, the competition among Chinese management software enterprises becomes more and more fierce. High-tech talents and Internet-related concepts and other aspects to consolidate and enhance their core competitiveness. Kingdee Software Group is one of the oligarchs in China's management software market, occupying half of China's ERP market. It has strong R & D capability, professional industry solutions and a large number of old customers. However, under the competition pressure brought by the international management software giant and the domestic main competitors, Kingdee must explore the development strategy of differentiated management. First of all, Kingdee Group needs to continuously revise and resolutely implement the basic management system, create an innovative organizational culture for internal employees, and build an information system for knowledge sharing and learning within the company with the help of its own best information-based construction capability. To set up the enterprise culture of all-staff learning organization to form the innovation ability of the enterprise itself. Secondly, Kingdee Group is a knowledge-intensive company, and one of the most valuable core competitiveness is the talent team. Therefore, while continuously introducing high-tech talents from domestic and foreign industries, we must continue to carefully select and train them. Use and retain talent and other aspects of the work. Finally, Kingdee as a management software enterprise, another core competitiveness is technology research and development ability, need to constantly improve Kingdee's R & D system structure, keen to find and develop a variety of products compared with industry competitors. At the same time, we will continue to work in the direction of industry solutions, occupy the forefront of big data and Internet-related technologies in the period of integration of the two industries, so as to remain invincible in the fierce competition in the management software market.
