【摘要】：本文介紹了對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷史以及隨著對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展而衍生出的多種對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法,從任務(wù)型對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)與開(kāi)放域?qū)υ?huà)系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)方向進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和總結(jié),分析了不同評(píng)價(jià)方法的利弊,每種評(píng)價(jià)方法的側(cè)重點(diǎn)和不同方向上最新的研究進(jìn)展.在任務(wù)型對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)方面,介紹了Steve Young等人的近期研究成果,總結(jié)了幾種被廣泛使用的評(píng)價(jià)思路.在開(kāi)放域?qū)υ?huà)系統(tǒng)方面,從客觀指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)和模擬人工評(píng)分兩個(gè)角度探索了開(kāi)放域聊天系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)于不同的指標(biāo)和不同的研究思路做了分析及介紹.最后,本文通過(guò)總結(jié)及分析對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)典評(píng)價(jià)方法和當(dāng)前最新的基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的對(duì)話(huà)評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)對(duì)話(huà)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望.
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development history of dialogue system and the evaluation methods of dialogue system derived from the development of dialogue system, and makes a survey and summary from two directions: task-based dialogue system and open domain dialogue system. The advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods, the emphasis of each evaluation method and the latest research progress in different directions are analyzed. In the aspect of task-based dialogue system, the recent research results of Steve Young et al are introduced, and several widely used evaluation ideas are summarized. In the aspect of open domain dialogue system, this paper probes into the evaluation method of open domain chat system from two angles of objective index evaluation and simulated artificial score, and analyzes and introduces different indexes and different research ideas. Finally, through summarizing and analyzing the classical evaluation method of dialogue system and the latest dialogue evaluation method based on neural network model, the development trend of dialogue system evaluation method is prospected in this paper.
